I am ONLY LEAVING A 5 STAR SO THIS WILL GET TO PEOPLE THIS Review is so others know the type of junk that you can expect to buy from Dales and they will not back their warranty the will run you around delay you in time so that the warranty time runs out and they can get by with taking you for a $1000 or more. If they want to deny this, we will be happy to post all e-mails from beginning to end They deliberately stalled us out on warranty so time would run out. MY ADVICE IS DON'T BUY JUNK FROM DALES!!!! read more

Ordered part after one week never got a tracking number. Called store. Customer Service said they would send tracking number. Didn't happen. Emailed them return email said thanks for my patience. 2 weeks called again. Said they would check on it and get me tracking number. Nothing. Ordered part from different company. A complete joke read more

Garbage. Failed to ship part of order. Eventually issued a refund. No apology, no explanation, no help finding the item elsewhere, crickets. Returned core, six weeks later - again crickets. Shameful. read more

These guys are crooks. I bought an item from this store that, according to their website, included free shipping. I paid $425, and after two weeks I called them. They then tried to squeeze me for an extra $65 for delivery. I have a receipt showing the item was paid for with shipping included. Don't do business with these people. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. read more

purchased 6 rebuilt injectors and after picking up my truck from shop, half way home, my truck lost power and had to be driven back to shop at 25 miles per hour. the shop said that one of the injectors failed and it shorted out the new wiring harness. spoke with dales customer service and was told that I had to purchase another one before they warranty the bad one. the warranty form is not easy to fill out as it asked for things such as codes, what diagnostic machine that was used, and wanting the serial number from the failed injector. after sending injector cores back, the tracking number showed it was received and they had it for at least 7 days with no one contacting me. I had to contact them to get my money back on the cores. I would not recommend using this company as customer service sux. read more

ive been dealing with these guys on a refund of 2 heads i purchased from their website. I ordered 2 with brand new valves, springs, seals, all fresh but the head itself, which is to be install ready. I end up getting cores, with all reused components, like they slid me 2 used heads with " machined valve tips to spec" with a grinder, and not even have the viton seals as mentioned on their website! after disputing with them directly, they were not responsive or upfront about the transaction. refused to offer pick up options for months, these were 90 lbs each for around 2k of wrong parts , insane. cant believe i was duped so hard, but they have their heads back and im still dealing with the credit card about constant charge back from these guys disputing the transaction instead of just being upfront and saying they didnt have the marketed item as on their website. ford 7.3 idi heads, what a mess. read more

Customer service was horrible. Over a week and the order hadn't shipped ( was over looked ). Was told it would expedite and still didnt ship. And wouldn't refund until the item was received in their system as returned. read more

I needed a replacement turbo for a 1995 OBS Ford 7.3 so I looked for one in my state of Florida and figured I could get it fastest that way , I am a business owner and I needed this service truck back up and running ASAP the website said that if I ordered by 2:00 p.m. it would ship the same day I did that I ordered it by 1:00 p.m. and not only did they not ship it that day or the next day but on the third day I get a tracking notice that says it will be here in six more days . I as a business owner was able to click that I wanted FedEx shipping at no additional cost and they still shipped it with UPS who have lost four of my packages in the last year ! Nothing about this order was correct and I'm afraid to even install a turbo from these folks after what I've read on the reviews , I'm truly afraid that they are going to give me a factory second or even a used Turbo in place of the brand new KC turbo that I ordered . I called customer service to find out whether or not they could overnight me one FedEx and they wouldn't even return my call after a online conversation with a text box attendee that said they didn't have the authority to approve such a drastic action . Two men are going to have to be laid off for a week because their service truck is down and the people behind the counter at Dale's think they are above us peons and they don't need to do their job . I will absolutely talk down about this company in every opportunity I get . Do not shop from this place unless you are a sadomasochist ! read more

complete scam. they hold your core for 2 1/2 months then tell you it can't be rebuilt and keep your keep core deposit. biggest mistake doing buisness with them. trust me find someone else. funny they won't return the core, i mean it should be returned if there keeping my customers core charge. food for thought. read more

Update: Apparently, I did not test the heater correctly. They have replaced it, along with giving proper instructions on testing. I did look for testing procedures on the site beforehand, which I found none. I did have to send the original back at my expense, but they did get it back to me fairly quickly. So from 1 star to 3. I ordered a block heater kit for a 2015 6.7 Powerstroke. It came in separate package with the heating element coming in a couple days later. I plugged it in to test before installing. It super heated to 890 degrees (according to my laser heat detector) blew a small hole out the side. I immediately unplugged it to cool down. I waited five minutes, plugged it up again. The temps were all over the place then it completely quit heating all together. I've had it less than thirty minutes and its garbage. I "might" get a refund, if it is deemed appropriate. I don't want the replacement if the quality is of this nature. read more

Ordered transmission on 2/25, and was told 3-5 days lead time for shipping. Invoice updated to "ready to ship" on 3/2. Business couldn't provide tracking number, essentially didn't know where the transmission was. WEEKS LATER, they determined it had been sold because of their own internal billing error. Finally arrived at my mechanics shop on 3/23-the same day I received an email stating that "we're still attempting to get a tracking number from manufacturer." No customer service, out over 2k in rental costs, and they claim "ready to ship" simply means ready for request to be sent to the manufacturer and then we hope for the best. read more

Warranty department is terrible! Purchased a reman CP3 that was full of rust and sent it back to them but they denied warranty. Do not purchase reman from Dales, or anything for that matter. read more

Ordered rockers, paid for the extra for 2 day shipping, started complaining on the second day that no update was being made, by the 4th day UPS finally got the package. buyer beware !!!! worst Experience ever! Customer service was horrible and never got package!

Ordered $400 AC kit. It arrived missing 2 of the most important parts and it has been a nightmare trying to get this company to make it right. I'll never do business here and I guess I'll have to fork out the money to buy those parts from somewhere else. Avoid these sheisters read more

Do not believe a word they say. They assured me part would be sent out last week and now it's Tuesday of the next ween and still hasn't shipped. First was they forgot to tell me about core charge. I ordered a turbo for my F250, the process was easy and everything was good...until the turbo showed up damaged, broken in multiple places and poor packaging. The inconvenience to me went ignored, they would not send a replacement out until i repackaged their poor packaging and returned the broken (new) turbo. I lost around 2-3 weeks without my truck due to these issues, no refund or discount was offered. I sent my core back, had to pay for that, still waiting for my money back. read more

Do not buy anything that is branded Freedom Injection. As described to me by their returns department, this is like ordering a well drink at a bar. They will ship you the cheapest brand they can find at the time you place your order. I received a Diamond Advantage turbo which their supplier markets as remanufactured and Dale's sells them as new. read more

I should have read the reviews. Look for my google review for better clarity but essentially got charged $41 dollars plus I had to pay $12 in return shipping for a $189 product I accidentally purchased after I was told I needed an OEM product. Moral of the story, do not i repeat do not buy from these dingdongs. Companies like this need to be taught a lesson, but going out of business for doing bad business. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM DALE'S!!!! This company is conniving, deceiving, and corrupt. It took me over four months to receive the correct part due to multiple errors on their part (they sent me a used part that was worse than the one I was trying to replace). To top it all off, they withheld my core deposit after I shipped the part back to them at my expense. Now, they get to resell my remanufactured part and hold on to my core deposit. I repeat...BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM!!!! I had to call them five times to try and get things resolved and each time it was like I had to prove to them why I should get the part I rightfully paid for. read more

I found the part I was looking for quick and easy, so I thought. Ended up it wasn't allowed to be shipped to my state. Once on the phone with Jared, he was able to get me a discount for the inconvenience and take care of my order quickly even using Affirm for the difference during check out. Great customer service. read more

We ordered a DPF filter for our Ram 3500. Per the website, if you ship the old filter back, you can get up to a $400 refund. First, they shipped the incorrect part. That was corrected. So far so good. We then paid $67 to ship the old filter back. It was received on 3/26/25, almost three weeks ago. No refund. No calls. No emails. After multiple follow up calls, surprise, surprise, we get an email today saying the filter couldn't be remanufactured and they won't send the $400 - or anything. And, if we want it back, they will charge us $35 for shipping. I only wish I would have checked the Yelp reviews prior to ordering from this business. And, like others have said, the "customer service" department leaves something to be desired. We have requested the filter be sent back, at their expense. If not received, will take further steps. read more

Waiting two weeks for a part to get fixed that came damaged and they sent the some part back an didn't do anything to it on top of waiting a month to get it in the first place when they say 3-5 days to receive. Wouldn't buy from them. read more

Buyer beware their products are OK but their customer service sucks. I bought a complete system for my buddies truck. They sent me the wrong pipe kit. I called Sam to get it fixed and they never responded to me. Never returned my calls. I even sent them pictures including a picture of the truck. I ordered the right product. They sent me the wrong one not very good. Customer service in my book. Wouldn't buy anything else from them. read more

Ordered a part they had a good deal on. The day after purchasing it, I received a phone call that the price of the item I had already purchased went up around 20% so they would need to charge me more. Ended up cancelling the order to order somewhere else. read more

If I could give no stars I would. Very unprofessional, Kristina is rude and will yell and threatening to hang up, rather than try to de-escalate the situation, she definitely needs training. Ordered parts, performance "kit", and turbo April 4th, they said parts would arrive by the next Thursday April 11th. Had appointment for truck to go into shop that Friday April 12th, so I didn't have all the parts and had to cancel shop appointment. They didn't get my parts shipped timely as they said they would, got several different boxes, some from Rockauto, not a "kit" as ordered. My turbo wasn't even shipped until April 19th, and when received, the horn on turbo was off kilter, sent them pictures and they responded back in email about making a warranty claim, rather than having it "reclocked". The guy I talked to Juan, was supposed to call me back to talk to technician about reclocking the turbo, but never did. Also if I wanted to out-source parts from Rockauto I could order them myself, but when you order a"kit" everything should come in the same box. They don't have knowledgeable people working for them. I will update if they respond. Very unhappy customer. read more

do not buy from them wish i looked at reviews before i bought from them. I bought over 3900 dollars worth of parts for my 03 6.0 truck and from day one had problems with them sending me the right parts. some never came some came and were wrong others came and were actually BAD. when returning wrong parts i then find out their crap return policy says i have to pay from shipping the part back to them and they deduct the price of them sending it the first time from my refund oh and also they charge a 15-25% restocking fee for their mistake. so now im out 200 dollars just for doing business through them not to mention the head aches of trying to get everything resolved with there horrible costumer service. read more

Dales Super Store is crooked. They show an OEM part in stock online. I called them to verify it before ordering and they told me yes they had the OEM part so I ordered the part before 2pm. They never shipped it the same day and then they sent an email they cancelled the OEM part and full filled it with dorman junk without ever contacting me or getting approval. When asked to refund the money they just say it will take 3-5 days but yet they will take the money ey from you account the moment the order is placed. This company is a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! This company is trash. Like others have said the customer service is just abhorrent. Sent multiple emails and no follow up emails. Call sales and they pick up...of course they would. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS. I ordered a fuel contamination kit for a 2012 duramax. After finding out that there were other issues with the truck, I decided to return the parts. Everything still sealed in the original packaging, never installed. They wanted to charge me 15% plus shipping to re-stock. Over $500 plus shipping just to do a simple return. Of course they are not upfront with their return policy, otherwise I would have never bought from them. Absolute trash company, especially after reading all their other bad reviews. How they remain in business is beyond me! The LB7 injectors I bought from them were tested and I have 2 of 8 that are junk and a couple others that are borderline. I sent one back to them and they claim it wasn't "their parts" after explaining it's their parts and 2 weeks of waiting to hear back I'm still in the dark. My next step is contacting the BBB and the Florida board of business licensing per my attorney. They want to jerk me around and take the cheapest way possible and try to screw me over then I'll take their license to operate, their money and their future business. I won't continue to do business with them and when I get my injector back I'll be having it tested with results documented for court and the others rebuilt in Michigan. I wouldn't buy another thing from them if they were the last people on earth with parts for my truck. read more

Went to order an injector for my lly Duramax with confusing bosh numbers listed on a in house brand new freedom injector realized it was some off brand crap. I called to swap the injector to a reman bosch injector and was given the run around ill take care of it well owe you 10$ if anything. Called the next day saying it would be $180 more. I explained what happened yesterday and looked up the part explaning if anything the part i wanted my order changed to was 10$ more expensive and for signing up for their email i got a promo code which should make it 5 cents more not 10$. I was explained the promo code is only for a 2nd order which is pretty dumb and a shitty way to do business. I explained just to cancel the order and ill take my business elsewhere. I was given the ok ill get this going for you. How hard is it to cancel an order that's still processing and hasn't been pulled I imaing the'll try hitting me with some restocking fee. read more
