    Ordered 07:34 on 2/24. No update on 2 day shipping 2/26.

    Ordered rockers, paid for the extra for 2 day shipping, started complaining on the second day that no update was being made, by the 4th day UPS finally got the package. No customer service, you have to push any issue. Why should our integrity be in question for their lack of. Businesses like this need to have legal action taken upon them! We pay for a service and we expect that service!

    Wrong pipe kit

    Buyer beware their products are OK but their customer service sucks. I bought a complete system for my buddies truck. They sent me the wrong pipe kit. I called Sam to get it fixed and they never responded to me. Never returned my calls. I even sent them pictures including a picture of the truck. I ordered the right product. They sent me the wrong one not very good. Customer service in my book. Wouldn't buy anything else from them.

He then went to install the battery. He finally got it in 3 hours later. No exaggeration I have texts with times. My daughter went to leave and had no power steering. Fernando tells her he will call his mechanic friend to look at it. Fernando starts reading the Owner's Manual at 3:32pm. He then checks the fuses. Another worker, we think, comes and runs diagnostics at 4:40pm. Then tells her she needs a Transmission Control Module a $800 part. Granted she may need that, but that has nothing to do with the power steering. Mechanic arrives looks at diagnostics and agrees. 5:45pm her husband arrives and drives car with no power steering to their mechanic that is close by. She spent almost 6 hours at Autozone to get a new battery installed. Next day, their mechanic ran diagnostics. Transmission Control Module came up as no fault. He said that they left a wire disconnected. Which my daughter said she specifically told Fernando to make sure he reconnects it. And they also cut the wire looms. My daughter lost 6 hours of her weekend and $180 to pay a mechanic to fix her car. I personally feel this is some sort of scam they must pull on people with no knowledge of car mechanics. Tell her she needs $800 part. She buys it. They act like they put it on but actually just plug the wire in. Car is fixed she is happy and drives off. They then sell or return the part and fatten their wallets. That is just my theory, but this situation definitely is shady.

    I strongly recommend reconsidering before doing business with this facility. Recently, I had an unrelated issue with one of their technicians at a nearby gas station. When I later arrived to drop off my personal vehicle, I saw the same technician and attempted to address the situation professionally, as I was understandably concerned about him working on my vehicle. He laughed, ignored me, and walked away without any effort to resolve the matter. I then brought the concern to management. The response I received was simply that I was free to take my vehicle elsewhere if I was uncomfortable. There was no attempt to understand the situation, de-escalate it, or provide reassurance. Given the amount of business we have brought to this company, the lack of professionalism and customer service was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this facility and suggest others carefully consider their options.

One of the cashiers came at me strictly saying "no", and demanding to do it their way first. So tell me this, If I'm paying for their Work, the Customer needs to know what Work they did on the Vehicle right? How am I gonna pay without knowing what they did to the Vehicle? Even more Hilarious their funny "Manager" spoke strictly demanding to do it their way. Once I paid; which I did & was going to do from the start; which I did in the end, the cashier apologized to me cause he knew he was wrong. My final question is, What's the rush? And the best worker there was the Man with the Glasses and Tattoos on both his Arms, he was a Good Dude.
