Today was my last day . What I loved most about the Center is the family atmosphere. You were always greeted by the front staff with smile and your first name. Erin and Kelly were smiling and joking along with me while telling me to "do 10 more" and "we hurt you cuz we care". Thanks to their consistent work with me and teaching me correct posture and work outs, I can now reach into the back seat and lift something without grimacing in pain. The rest of the therapists were always smiling and showcasing the same compassion and concern. More than a few times we were all chatting and telling stories while getting worked on in the corner. Highly recommend. Even though sweating at 11am isn't the best look....

Once in, they definately work you hard and push you, but they don't over do it and validate your concerns. There is a real family atmosphere to the place and you can tell they all love their jobs!

As a first time patient, it was irritating right away to listen to loud laughing echoing in the…read moreroom next door with no doors or walls to shut down the noise, sounded like a bar/party atmosphere, not a professional medical clinic. I was having a hard time concentrating filling out the medical forms. When I approached the front desk person about my concern, she blew me off , her response was pretty much, 'we believe in having a good time, this is the way we are'. I told her after this visit, I am not returning. She was cold and indifferent to my concern. By the time I was approached by a PT , I had a headache. I told the PT my concerns, and decided this is not the right place for me. I'm sure people come in there with all kinds of pain and would not want to listen to all that. It's sad that few people have the guts to confront them about it.

The rooms look like they went to a yard sale or picked up furniture along the road to furnish them. They want my mom to sit in a folding chair like you would pick up at WalMart. The place needs a complete refresh starting with a fresh coat of paint, updated furniture, and new fixtures. For the money they charge a family it's downright embarrassing. Quite frankly, I've seen better animal shelters. Think twice before you put a family member there.
