What a find! It looks kind of run down from the street view, but don't let the appearance fool…read moreyou. The inside is clean and well maintained and the food is amazing. The menu includes many Korean staples. I do wish they would offer more appetizers and smaller portion options, but I also understand that being such a small place they have to limit their options. We tried the Tteokbokki (spicy rice cake appetizer) and mandu dumplings. Both were filled with flavor and reasonable portions for the price. You can order the Tteokbokki any spice level 1-5. We split a bulgogi. It was the perfect combination of spicy, sweet and savory and the portion was large enough for the two of us plus some leftover to take home. It was served with a set of small sides (two types of kimchee, and two other sides). Service was fast, friendly and efficient. You check out at the register (which was a bit of an awkward space) but overall, a wonderful experience!

Usually there are 6 dishes but they cut it down to 3. We asked if they had cheonsachae but were told they were out. Thats fine as we were told they could keep refilling out other 3. We noticed that each time we requested a refill of the fish tofu, they would bring back a dish with 2 pieces. It would be fine if it weren't 4 people sharing that dish. After the 3rd request to refill, we were told they're almost out of that as well we had 8 slices of fish tofu between 4 people. Disappointing visit this time around.

She cooks the same things for us that she cooks for herself. Today, I had a hunger for bi bim bop, but she removed that from the menu. Instead, I got chop chae/jap chae and she added what we would call side items in a restaurant. She also poured some soup since I was the last one eating before close. The soup was okay but it probably would have tasted better if I had eaten it first. The mix of the jap chae and kim chi threw it off. In any case, I enjoyed it as much for the taste as it felt like eating at someone's house. There wasn't a thought of "this is restaurant food". It wasn't. It was home-cooked food. Sure, we've all been to a house where someone couldn't cook, but this wasn't the case. It was consistent with Korean restaurants all over the U.S.A. That's awesome considering there was no fancy menu, no fancy table, and some really down-to-earth conversation, as though you were with relatives.

The bulgogi was the worst I've ever had in my life. I pulled a bottle of Chilsung out of the fridge and paid $1.89 for it and it was FLAT!!! Selection of grocery items was decent. Ashley is very nice so 1 extra star for service.

The server was lovely, but didn't really explain much. For instance, how much meat was in a serving, the fact that there is an entire counter full of sauces, and recommendations on how much food to order per person. So we over-ordered and there was food waste, which I hate. But holy cow, you can order up to 5 meats, all the vegetables, and any or all of the appetizers for only $22 for lunch. VERY reasonable!! The gyoza and seafood pancake were great. All of the meat was seasoned well with the beef bulgogi being our favorite. The variety of sauces was over-the-top. Our server changed our grill twice, which was great. I highly recommend this place and will return.

They also dont have kid menu options that are not all you can eat. Our kiddos basically ated fried rice only, but if you have older kids that would try different proteins it would be worth it. We prefer some of the local korean restaurants but appreciated novelty and the experiential nature of the outing. The all you can eat concept doesn't work well for our family.

I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or for a fun dining experience. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. He regularly checked in and changed our grill out as it got charred. If you order the Dinner hotpot, BBQ, or both you get access to the full menu. On weekends they make you do the dinner option, but it was great to try their different cuts of meat! The atmosphere was great: huge variety of sauces and toppings. The meat was very good quality. Maybe a bit on the lean side for beef but I preferred that given the volume of food. The premium beef short ribs and angus chuck flap tail had better marbling, very tender and delicious. The price was definitely worth it for the fresh good quality meat and produce options! Included in the all you can eat were some made to order appetizers, an Ice cream bar, and several premade desserts and appetizers at the cold bar which were also pretty good! Much better than the premade dishes you'd find at a traditional buffet. The nice thing about the location too is there are several shops around the center that you can mosey around before or after eating and make a whole day of it

I went for lunch and they weren't very busy, the server checked on me multiple times and made sure to ask regularly if I needed anything else including more Hot Pot items or drinks. She also promptly cleared any empty dishes which kept the table tidy. Since I chose the Hot Pot only option this time, they placed a grill cover over the grill to add extra table space which is a nice option to add extra space, especially if there's a big group and getting a lot of food plates. The dining room is always super clean and warm. The music can be a bit loud at times, but not too bad and it adds a little privacy to your table and group. For the food, I can say I always enjoy eating here and I love the Matcha Milk Tea with Tapioca Bobas. I usually go for the K Town Special Broth and fix it up with chili oil, a couple sauces, peppers, onions, and spices. The versatility of everyone being able to create what they like makes this place great for large groups.
