Despite multiple washes and trying every stain-removal method possible, the marks will not come out. The top is now completely unwearable after a single use. When I contacted COS customer service, I was told there was "nothing they could do" because I'm no longer in France and I don't have the receipt. They insisted this was a store issue, not a company issue -- which makes no sense. This is clearly a quality problem with the garment, not a matter of location. I expected better from a brand that markets itself on quality and sustainability. Selling clothing that becomes disposable after one wear is the opposite of sustainable, and refusing to take responsibility only makes it worse. I would have been satisfied with a replacement, refund, or store credit, but COS refused to provide any resolution. Very disappointing experience, and I won't be shopping here again.
