This item is without doubt of an inferior quality, but the manager made no apology, and refused to exchange it or reimburse me. I would advise anyone using this store to be very wary of the poor quality of some garments and the poor after sales service if you have a problem. I do not recommend this store.

They've started to branch out to the UK too in the last year or so, which is a testament to their success in our little island. These also aren't just any old second-hand clothes but rather up-market and classic pieces. If there is one shop that could fulfill my dream of finding a well cared for second-hand Chanel-style jacket it would be Ruby Ruby... go on, have a look for yourself.
