Yesterday I had a panini and today I ordered the California Chicken Wrap. The panini was a bit bland but the wrap was really good and both were right sized. The food prices are very reasonable here. The locals clearly appreciate this kind of a cafe because it was busy both times we were here. Even though it was busy there was no problem finding a table. Noise is well under control so it's a great place to carry on a conversation. For a summer there is patio seating out front with four tables. I can easily recommend Copper Creek and I will be back when we next pass through this way.

It faces the highway pass through town and is on a corner so there's lots of parking. We started with coffee (which comes with refills). I wasn't too hungry so I ordered from the small portions part of the menu. Despite calling it small, I found it quite filling. The waffle itself has something in it that elevated the flavour a notch or two from a typical cafe waffle. It was delicious. I could have used just a bit more berry compote but overall it was good enough to order again the next time we dine here. My partner ordered the turkey club with fruit. It was a bit pricey but definitely an above average club sandwich. The cooks here know how to make a quality dish. WiFi is password protected but free and strong so you can catch up on your social media favourites if you don't want to talk to your dinner group. The decor is top notch, drawing cues from its banking history. Service is at the table, prompt and friendly. Overall this was a great choice for lunch so I'm sure we will make a return trip this summer.

Today we were in Camrose so we stopped in for lunch. The first thing we noticed is that the café has the ambiance of Ikea. That's good or not good depending on your preferences. It certainly has a clean feel to it and you can see into the bakery through some glass doors. On the menu everything seemed to be the same price at $17.50 in 2022. I ordered the Lefse Wrap with beef. It was okay. The Lefse itself was quite good but the beef wasn't anything special. Still, it's a nice size and seems to be popular. At first I thought it was expensive but then I discovered that each meal includes dessert. With the dessert included the price seems reasonable. It's not a dessert like pie or anything large like that but any baked goods under the front glass counter is included. I had the Lingonberry chocolate puffs and I got two served with cream. The presentation was beautiful and they were delicious. Service was first rate. The young lady was pleasant, cheerful and seemed to genuinely appreciate our business. Coffee came with refills. This is a destination café and makes for an enjoyable lunch. I recommend it. Oh and they sell lots of Swedish themed gifts from Swedish flags of all sizes to mittens.
