At the beginning back in February 2024 they promised everything. Cabinets were delay for weeks. We understood that it was the cabinet company. After several weeks they finally delivered the cabinets. I have to take pictures because the amount of paint drips were ridiculous. The inside of the cabinets had paint. My contractor refused to installed them because they were not a great quality. They made a mistake measuring the farmer sink. I had to buy a special order measurement sink to fit in the cabinet that Daisy order. Their contractor couldn't install the cabinets the correct way. Until today they haven't installed the cabinet doors that were wrong or damaged with paint. They don't even call to let us know what's going on. In all good consciousness I can not recommend anyone using these people. They will of course respond to this review with a good faith message, however in the six months of working with them the only contact we had were 2 high pressure phone calls pushing us to place the order. We worked through a builder and he placed the order when he was ready for the product. We all make mistakes, I get that but this many mistakes on just one job? What are the odds? Where to begin, let's start with the kitchen. The designer visited the construction site multiple times to take field measurements. When designing the kitchen he worked with an "L" shaped view of the room. He never considered the third wall of cabinets which was laid out separately. Because of this the island was too large for the space. For instance the distance to the stove and the fridge was fine. The end of the island was too close to a door and to another bank of cabinets on the "separate wall". This resulted in a field change eliminating cabinets(which we paid for) to make the island smaller to fit the space. Mistake #1 Compromise #1 Next, the hood over the stove. Despite having all of our appliance specs, the hood was too small to accommodate the exhaust fan. Nothing was said about this and we learned about it on the day of install. When the builder called to inquire, he was told "that was the biggest size they made." These are custom cabinets. They are made to order. If they couldn't accommodate the fan/motor, why not say something sooner? At the last minute we had to find a smaller fan/motor. Beg the store to take the return at full price. Not what we designed, not what we agreed to. Mistake #2 Compromise #2 Moving on to the Primary Bathroom. Since the bathroom would have both a make-up station and a double sink vanity, we needed the two pieces to match. When the cabinets arrived the height of the double sink was too low. The sinks were desk height not counter height. The response from Daisy Kitchen was "That's the tallest they make the sink vanity". That was a flat out lie. Also, one of the cabinets was not the full depth to the wall. It would have needed to be modified to accommodate the sink and faucet. It wasn't until the replacement cabinets were ordered did we learn the full extend of the error. The make-up vanity, which should have been desk height, was counter height. This was not how it was designed in their showroom. A new order was placed for the three cabinets that make up the double sink vanity. We were told this was our fault because we did not check the work of their employees. Seriously?????? If I had any idea how incompetent they were I would have worked with a different company. Mistakes #3,4&5 Compromise #3 on the Make-up Vanity. No, that is not where this tale ends. When the new double vanity did arrive, (mind you weeks go by in between these orders delaying our ability to move into the home) the center cabinet, a drawer bank, was 3" smaller than the plan. 21" wide vs 24". In the end we settled for extra wide filler boards and less storage just so we could put the whole thing to rest. Mistake #6 Compromise #4 Weeks later when the replacement filler boards did arrive, they were the exact same size as the old boards. Mistake #7 Re-order wider filler boards and wait several weeks for those. We were offered a very, very modest cash rebate through the builder. Did we ever receive a text, email, phone call from Daisy with an apology for all our troubles? Not one. Do I sound angry and bitter? Maybe. All I did was state the facts. Read their Yelp Reviews. Plenty more just like this one. Think long and hard about placing an order with these people and be prepared for heartburn and sleepless nights. I look forward to their response. read more

Worst " business " I've ever had to deal with in my 10 years of construction. They'll smile to your face and stab you in the back. Final prices are no where near the estimate you get at the store. My cabinets came the wrong size at first, which was their mistake they had somebody come and take measurements. I guess they didn't want to waste money ordering the proper size again so they sent me used, spray painted cabinets and doors missing. ( almost a year I still haven't received my doors ) They'll ignore your calls, make up poor excuse after excuse. Please stay away from this place unless you want to go through the misery my wife and I went through.. PATHETIC Sami and daisy. I cannot even believe this place is in business. We were excited to renovate our home and we're recommended this company by our contractor (we should have known better). Everything seemed fine, daisy and Sammy seemed attentive and honest, boy were we wrong!. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!! If i had the time to stand outside their shop and warn each and every customer not to buy with them I WOULD!. I ordered my kitchen JANUARY 13 2021!!!! It is now January 9th 2022!!!!! I am STILL missing cabinet doors, how is this even possible??!?. I wanted a very simple and popular design, cabinets with a smaller set of cabinet doors on top with glass in front. They said it would cost extra to customize, no problem, we paid. What arrived were doors that DID NOT FIT, and were not the same brand as the cabinets below (forever mark) and to top it off, THEY WERE PAINTED TO "MATCH" the bottom cabinets, and even then, they still did not match! Who does that?!??? Okay, we sent the doors back, i asked them to forget the glass (clearly they have no experience in craftsmanship, which is insane when you own a wooden cabinet company). Anyway, the second pair of cabinets we received once again DID NOT MATCH!! Even at this point we tried to remain calm, respectful and patient. I told them please just send me the correct the cabinets, we wasted MONTHS on these cabinets. We finally receive matching cabinets (btw, only the top doors match, the actual cabinetry itself still does not match but we have a busy life and cannot possible spend another minute on this issue), and Ofcourse WE ARE MISSING TWO CABINET DOORS. We have been trying to get these doors for MONTHS! Sammy the salesman's exact words were "the only way you won't get these cabinets tomorrow is if someone in my family dies"... that was 4 months ago. We even went back into the store and daisy and Sammy were no where to be found. This is the most ridiculous thing in the world, we were understanding that shipments were delayed due to the pandemic, but to wait an entire year for one set of cabinet doors is unforgivable. We are now looking into taking legal action, and my first step is this review, to ensure that this NEVER happens to anyone EVER again. N.J. Marble and Granite is the 3rd party installer. Not worth the headache! While the women at Daisy's are very friendly and helpful, they just handle the sale. Then everything is passed off to N.J. Marble and Granite, and the nightmare begins. You will be stood up, rescheduled on, and assumed to be home multiple time for weeks of run around throughout the process. If they remove old countertops, hope you're putting in a backsplash to cover the drywall they rip. Once they finally install, they do not put in supports for a bar, they tell you before but it leaves the job unfinished. And they write on the top of your counters, don't clean it off, and have to come back again to fully remove it. Unless you have weeks to spare and endless patience, I would go with a different company. read more

I'm writing this review after trying multiple times to find a resolution with this company. They are very friendly at the beginning they sugar everything up and then drop the ball after they receive payment. I paid for my cabinets in full and my order was incorrect missing items and I've tried multiple times to speak to Sami and it's always he's sick he took a day off ok things happen but your business doesn't operate if he's not in? I highly doubt it you are just dropping the ball and continue to drop the ball and just sit around trying to look cute while not working. On multiple occasions I'll call and they say oh I'll look into it and have someone call you tomorrow. A week goes by and no one calls. I first went here because I liked the service and my neighbors also recommended them. However I will not be coming back here or recommending this company. I am currently still awaiting a call back. This vendor did not deliver the proper materials or the professional service that they had initially promised. Unfortunately, my cabinets were delayed several times. On the day of the installation, the wrong items were delivered, and the carpenter did not have all the necessary tools to start the job. When the carpenter returned the following day, he failed to complete the job correctly. The cabinets he installed were two different colors. There is visible tear out in the woodwork cutting. He drilled holes in the middle, side of the cabinets, which took away from the cosmetic finish. Older wood was used to support the two cabinets from the bottom (you can see it in the pics). The side panel is not aligned straight, nor is it secured properly. It moves when you touch it. The carpenter left sharpie markings on the panels when he was taking measurements. Garbage, sharp pieces of wood, and sawdust were left for me to clean up. The project is still incomplete because the owner refuses to send out a professional carpenter who can fix the damage done and complete the work because it will cost her more money. Carlos the manager came down to my house to take measurements & helped me make my kitchen bigger with his experience he also recommended a better grade of cabinets which looks & fits much better. I had these cabinets installed in my Kitchen by a contractor that I cannot locate. I am hoping to see if Daisey Cabinets contacts me regarding my problem, because right now I am not happy what so ever with my cabinets. Only after 4yrs the doors on my cabinets are peeling and chipping. This should not happen after 4 yrs. They look bad. If I do not hear from them then my review will be much worse than it is right now. I am giving them a review of 2 and that is being nice. read more
