Once it was time to pay me for the clothes they wanted, the lady was in a rush and gave me the total and had me sign. She didn't go through the reasons why they wanted some things and not others and she never even gave me a chance to look through what they wanted so I could take the items back if they didn't offer enough. I should've spoken up more but felt rushed and, honestly, like I didn't have a choice to refuse. It was really strange. Plus when I got home and looked through the items they didn't take, they didn't take 2 hats or bloomers that matched the shirts and dresses they DID take. They also didn't take the bows that went with outfits! Super bizarre! I will never take clothes to them again. Such a rip off. As far as buying from them, good luck navigating through the store. We were promised that garbage would be taken care of through the night and none was ever moved. We were also promised that our wedding guests would be guided to a parking lot by someone and there was no one in sight. We also had to end our reception earlier than we would have liked due to neighbor placation to avoid noise disturbances. With a few complaints overall we had a great wedding and the atmosphere was certainly helpful.
