Nasty FUDGE
Chloe F.

I am absolutely angry with this Dairy Queen. I ordered a cookie dough blizzard with extra cookie dough and they put FUDGE in my blizzard. I absolutely DESPISE FUDGE AND CHOCOLATE!! I love vanilla and they ruined my blizzard. They didn't even ask me if I wanted FUDGE and they rudely put FUDGE in! MONEY WASTED! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I walked in expecting to get lunch. Nothing doing. All they served food wise was a hot dog. Otherwise it's just frozen daily products.

Even several feet away, the smell of the burgers grilling is mouthwatering. This is not surprising once you learn that the owner of Yum Rockets is a Cordon Bleu graduate and has been a chef for 20 years. The concept is a modern take on Retro/Vintage Diners. Serving gourmet hamburgers, sandwiches, french fries, and more. It's a family-run business which is another nice perk. Of the various burgers on offer, the California Gold sounded the most enticing. A craft blend patty served with signature sauce (similar to Thousand Island), American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and bacon guacamole. Served on a brioche bun. Just one look and you know it will be delicious - and it was. Everything about it screamed fresh, high-quality ingredients, and expertly grilled. If they had a bricks-and-mortar restaurant, it would be your new destination for burgers (luckily, they offer catering, too!). We also ordered the Inferno Cluck which is their take on Nashville hot chicken, chipotle aioli, lettuce, tomato, pickle, jalapeno, crunchy onions on a 10-inch hoagie. Honestly, unless you were just starving, this is big enough to split with someone. It's a huge sandwich, all the more so with the generous side order of fries. I love spicy so I asked them to add their Raising Pain sauce. It does kick things up a notch and since it is served on the side, you should get it too. The chicken was perfectly fried and seasoned. I ended up abandoning the hoagie and just focusing on the generous portion of chicken. YUM! Several types of fries are on offer. The fries are SO crisp. These are exactly how you want fries to be served. I tried customizing mine to the ginger wasabi fries but they were sadly out. We ended up upgrading to the Yum Yum fries which are smothered with their house-made cheese sauce, chopped ground beef, diced tomatoes, diced onions, and gold sauce. Delicious but a meal unto itself. We also had the Arizona fries which are the spicy version with Chipotle aioli and jalapenos. Delicious but a meal alone. The website listed some yummy-sounding dessert options but they had been crossed off the sandwich board when we visited. Perhaps they only do dessert for catering events now. Although based in the San Tan Valley, Yum Rockets pops up around the Valley. You can find their upcoming schedule on their website. Truly one of the best out there!

Recommend: wow! yes! Food: Delicious…read moreAmbiance: it is clean and feels comfortable here. Like we're part of the seven brother Hawaii home. Service: they really care about their customers. They were over the top great. Logan was also helpful and I didn't get the cashier name, but he was really nice and helpful too. This was my first time here and I got the Pinolo and the flavors were great and went well with each other. The burger also has a grilled pineapple and added sweetness to it. Everything I ate was really good. We also order the garlic lover shrimp and that reminded me back in Hawaii. This first visit became one of my favorite spots now.

The…read moreatmosphere feels a step above, and somehow the staff is even friendlier than Chick-fil-A--which is no small accomplishment. The burgers are legitimately gourmet, served on soft brioche buns, but still priced reasonably enough that it doesn't feel like you're paying "gourmet burger" prices. The Spenser calls my name every time I walk in, and I've only managed to deviate from it once. That one time, I tried the chicken sandwich. Visually, it's a little less impressive and the chicken looks somewhat thin, but the garlic aioli absolutely brings it across the finish line. It's much better than it looks. They're also very proud of their shakes at $6.50. They're good, but I can't quite say they're worth the price unless you're really craving a shake. Overall, great burgers, incredibly friendly service, good atmosphere, and prices that still feel reasonable. Seven Brothers has become an easy go-to.

Didn't take the receipt, forgot order #, but, we were the only ones waiting for food...everyone was sitting & eating. When a tray of food was put in front of me, I said that's not mine. She said: "is your name ..." "I didn't give my name" "order #?", "I don't remember but I ordered blah blah, came to $19.+, & I was asked to round up" manager comes over, long black hair, sort of tied back, but mostly looking like he just rolled out of bed. He proceeds to tell me, without a receipt, he will NOT give me my food. REALLY? So, are you pocketing my $20, or holding my food hostage? I am outraged. I had to open my banking information to show him I paid for the food. The lady that took my order could have spoken up, we were the only ones in the place that ordered, everyone else was eating, so no new orders were placed after me. I even told the manager to review the video tape. He refused. The only thing going for this place are the shoestring fries. They are not worth going back for though. This was the Freddys on Ironwood in Queen Creek. I believe my order # was 299, but, really not sure. Happened between 5:30-6pm. Freddy's will never see me or my money again. Shame on you, not only for allowing this, but, for ignoring my complaint I sent to HQ. You are STILL treating me like crap, so, if I don't matter to you, do your other customers matter? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
