The pitas are also a good size and pretty filling, so you definitely get a decent amount of food. The fries are your standard crinkle-cut fries, but they come out nice and hot when you order them. I've also tried the Chicken Philly Pita and really enjoyed it. The meat was tender, well-seasoned, and had great flavor. Overall, it's a solid option when you're craving Greek food without having to travel too far.

These basics always make or break such a restaurant, and they were all outstanding. Add to this seldom-seen delights like foul medamas (fava-bean soup), four variants of ghallabah (grilled meats or seafood), chack-chouka/shakshuka (eggs poached in tomatoes and onions), and two types of pita baked on premises and served from the oven--all in generous portions and at reasonable prices--and it's worth the drive wherever you are in Phoenix and environs. She said she'd bring out the pee-packaged pita bread and the fresh bread that we paid extra for. Then she never brought out the pee-packaged stuff like she said she was going to. The bread was ok, but they only gave us 3 pieces of pita bread which were about the size of a sand dollar. This was not enough bread for 2 people with 3 dips. Also, the fries were the kind of fries you get when it looks like they haven't cleaned the grease in a while. The babaganoush was really good. But everything else was pretty mediocre. I've been here 3 or 4 times and everytime I feel as though the service is bad and the food is overpriced. It's really sad, but I want to like this place, but I can't. Also, they have a rewards program but my waitress didn't try to get me to sign up. I asked when I saw it. It's a pet peeve of mine. But- I guess she doesn't really care or offer it because she probably doesn't think people will come back. It was an hour before closing when we arrived, with inly 3 other patrons so very peaceful and quiet. . Service was as expected. Nothing phenomenal, nothing bad. Just good. Prompt, polite, responsive. The food was excellent!!!!! Wonderful authentic flavors, very generous portions, reasonable prices. We did not have a bad dish! Will be returning.
