    It's what's inside that counts?

I haven't had problems here before and there aren't a lot of options in the area but I really have to complain about my kid's birthday cake I got over the weekend. I asked for a sheet cake with mint chocolate chip on top and chocolate ice cream on the bottom layer. Had no idea it would turn out to be the most hideous (but still delicious) cake ever. Good thing my kid didn't know the difference. For some reason they don't frost the top so all you see is an ugly grayish green cake and to top it off they scribbled a message in chicken scratch using cheap icing you can buy at the supermarket. Really unhappy with this cake.... But I still love their sundaes...

Grab bag ice cream not even a kiddie size

I like this Location and the products. I often take home a grab bag for later they're fun and a good deal sometimes it's awesome you might get real lucky and find a blizzard or ice cream with chocolate sprinkles. I guess these are orders that were messed up and also ice creams at the start or end of the day when the machines are turned off or on. Of course you don't know what to Expect. However the last few times I was very disappointed as I got one cup that was so small (the other had a decent amount with vanilla ice cream). However the 2nd cup was a cone so very small it wouldn't even qualify as a kiddy cone.Usually with a grab bag you should get MORE than you pay for since you don't get to choose your flavors or items (personally I like chocolate or twist ) And so I can't even complain the most time Lately I've gotten two vanilla's !! One vanilla was the size of a medium to large which would be three dollars but when the second cones were about $.50 worth of ice cream at the most then it seem like a rip. Because paying three dollars I could just order what I want.I think in a grab bag a second item should be at least the size of a small cup/cone. To make it worth a purchase Although I have in the past found a blizzard and or 2 decent size cones, lately this isn't happening not sure if somebody else is making up the grab bag?

This is the man who gave us horrible service

This is the worst dairy queen I have ever been to in my life. Service was terrible and they ran out of ICE CREAM at an ice cream shop because there was a "big crowd" before we came. Sorry but if you primarily serve ice cream you shouldn't run out of it. I asked for a hot brownie sunday and he gave me a brownie blizzard! He also charged my friend when she asked for more a little more cookie dough in her blizzard when there was clearly none in it to start with. I was just really upset with this service and will never being going back to this dairy queen.

The chicken gyro meat is amazing- especially with the yellow sauce. I haven't had a single thing here I didn't love- and have tried quite a bit. I especially recommend the chicken gyro platter if you're trying to keep it light and healthy- and the gyro fries if you're wanting something a bit heavier. The only thing I haven't liked was their green beans in tomato sauce- but that was personal preference. My friends love when we bring the mixed grill box which is huge and feeds so many people. They say 3ppl and 6ppl- but can easily feed a bunch more! I especially like the customer service. I have spoken to the owner who is always always there- and even completes some of the deliveries himself. One time they were really late with a delivery and he instantly comped the meal and told me it would never happened again- and it has not. Everything I have seen is made from scratch.

If anything, it was more impressive looking in person. The box is said to serve 3 but it could easily feed 5 if people eat regular portions. We weren't sure what the sauces would be like so I sprung for all of them. The tzatziki was our ultimate fave - putting a bit on the pita and then adding some of the chicken. The chicken and pork could have been a bit juicier, but adding the sauce and making a little pita sandwich helped. I would love to order again and try some of the menu items when I'm in town.

Delicious and hit the spot HOWEVER, I am deducting a star from my prior five-star review as their online promotions which you must order online btw to redeem any of your loyalty points are very hard to use and redeem online. There was a special offer for Free Guac and when I went to redeem it the toggle button had an error. I have gotten this error message many times before on other items that I am entitled to and have earned through my points. To paraphrase, you must download the Bubbakoo's Burritos app on your phone and order through said app even if you are in their parking lot! If they updated their system like how you are able to redeem items at any of the payout kiosks at CVS it would be so much easier for the patron and improve customer loyaltly. Anyway, I will still come back but it is becoming less and less easy to order here. ***If you want their garlic parmesan gluten free sauce they do not even have that option listed on the app, you have to go into the store and tell them that is the sauce you would like. As always people SYOY!!!

She's a ray of sunshine with such great customer service. She remembers me every time, and her energy is just unmatched. I might have to get her a pin that says Biscuit Pusher because she owns that title! The cashiers are friendly, management is attentive, and they genuinely want you to have a great experience. If there's ever an issue, they fix it right away. Tara, the owner, is amazing. Even when she's busy, she makes it a point to check on guests and ask how everything is going. She makes suggestions to make your biscuit sandwich selection go to another level. That level of engagement goes a long way. The quality of the biscuit is always on point. My only issue is that they tend to fall apart when you try to pick them up. I usually have to eat mine with a fork because they crumble so easily. The biscuits for their sandwiches are flakier and much better. If you think you have twenty-years left to live, you might want to knock out a few things on your bucket list before ordering. They have a sign that says something like this isn't fast food and there isn't anything fast here at all. The staff and customers all agree with that slogan. No one is hiding it. A few weekends ago, we waited over 45 minutes like idiots for our food. I had a $50 gift card, most went to this meal, and I was ready to walk out. Sadly, I didn't complain to management, because the line was longer than the line to order food. They said refunds would take one week and the people who said they really would never come back, had the managers get their food quicker than ours. It's an interesting business strategy to ensure the angry customers who won't return got their food first, but I get it. If less people frequent this place, then the lines won't be as long. They even said there was no manager on duty. Anyone watching the staff work would know that no one was lying. No utensils, napkins at the tables, just people sitting there waiting for their to-go order and then freeing a table later. If you are one of those weekend people with nothing to do until you have some structure at work on Monday, this is the perfect place to waste most of your day, to get you that much closer to work. Sweet treats are alright, nothing special. Breakfast sandwich could be worth it, but you could also go to the worst grocery store in town and make your own better biscuit and sandwich in the amount of time you have to wait. $8 left on our gift card and in a perfect world I'll misplace it.
