The menu is huge (both food and ice cream). They offer over 20 flavors of soft serve and a variety of hard ice cream flavors. The prices are not bad in comparison to other local spots and you get a decent amount of ice cream when you order soft serve. There is indoor/outdoor seating available (mostly outdoor). Picnic tables and benches are the vibe. Huge parking lot. There can sometimes be lines on busy days but there wasn't one during our visit.

Last night, while I was excited to try their ice cream, the experience was really disappointing…read morebecause of the service. One of the workers was extremely rude, not just to customers but to other employees as well. I witnessed them yelling across the shop at coworkers in a very unprofessional and uncomfortable way. She had on a hoodie, was wearing glasses , and had a bun in her hair. It completely ruined the atmosphere and made it hard to enjoy what should have been a fun treat. The ice cream itself was decent, but the poor customer service made me not want to return. I hope management addresses this issue because no one should have to deal with that kind of behavior, whether they're working there or visiting.

Over the years I got punch cards here hoping to save up for a free cone and I finally got there but was never able to redeem it. I saved the punch cards for a few years until I returned home (been almost 2 years because of Covid). But they would not honor my free cone. It's not a huge deal but if this were my business, I'd just honor it for the loyal customer who obviously has frequented this location over the years. I was not appreciative of the way she told me too, I'm a humiliating tone, "um we haven't accepted punch cards for four years..." I think we will just stick with Dairy Queen from now on unless management makes this right somehow. I'll do my best to contact them but am not going to waste a lot of energy doing it. It's things like this that make you lose loyal customers for life.

I was very very wrong to believe that things could have changed. I ordered a medium strawberry milkshake with extra strawberries and my bf ordered a cotton candy blizzard. My milkshake was DISGUSTING to say the least. The girl at the window took my order and knew I wanted extra strawberries but her coworker told her they were very low on strawberries to which she replies "we'll just have to make do" AFTER I had payed for my order. The milkshake itself was SOUR and tasted like straight whole milk, no flavor. Also the small bit of whipped cream was curdled and tasted like chemicals. I was so disgusted that I took 2 sips, immediately pitched the nasty concoction that DQ tried to pass off as a milkshake, went home, and pulled an ice cream sandwich from Trader Joes out my freezer. WHY DID I EVEN LEAVE HOME FOR THIS GARBAGE? The cotton candy blizzard was so mid as well. It was a straight block of vanilla ice cream with 1 tsp of cotton candy sprinkles. The issue with this DQ is they like to skimp on the toppings/add-ins. Maybe DQ should stop employing uneducated 16 year olds to run their business!!!!!

Ordering a simple item turned into an unnecessarily complicated experience with question after question. To make matters worse, I didn't even receive what I ordered. I ordered an ice cream cone, but instead of handing it to me, they made it and let it sit in a cup while we waited at the window. We sat there for about five minutes until another customer pulled up behind us, and only then did they hand us our order. By that point, the ice cream was already half melted. Graeter's isn't cheap, and I'm happy to pay premium prices for premium ice cream. But if I'm paying those prices, I expect to receive ice cream that's actually frozen--not half melted before it's even handed to me. While we were waiting, I could clearly hear the employees talking about me with the drive-thru window still cracked open. That was disappointing and unprofessional. The staff appeared to be very young, so this isn't meant as a personal criticism of them. However, the customer service at this location needs significant improvement. A simple order shouldn't be this difficult, and customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this experience left a very poor impression.
