I ordered their signature "pork tenderloin topped with crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, sauce, all nestled in a bun. The tenderloin was the star with just the right amount of seasoning. The fresh toppings balanced the richness. The curly fries were a standout--golden, crispy, and lightly seasoned. The menu offers solid variety, including veggie and chicken options, which is great for groups with mixed preferences. Someone recommended Sonic to us and said it was basically the East Coast version of In-N-Out…read more Spoiler: it's not. Not even close. In fact, these were some of the least enjoyable burgers we've had in a long time, and they cost more than In-N-Out, which made it even more disappointing. The restaurant was almost empty when we visited, but our order still took longer than expected, and no one really seemed interested in helping us figure out the menu since it was our first time there. Maybe we just caught them on an off day, but the food and the overall experience (including the ambience) didn't leave much of an impression. This was my first visit to Sonic... and probably my last.

I've been on the road for over 15 years, and this was hands down the worst experience I've ever had…read moreat any Sonic or fast food restaurant. I placed my order through the app and went to pick it up at one of the drive-up stalls since my truck and trailer wouldn't fit. The woman who brought out my order took it to the wrong stall and then tried to blame me, even though my name was clearly displayed on the screen where I was standing. When I asked about ketchup, she gave me more attitude instead of just fixing the issue. Things escalated when I got frustrated and used some strong language -- but nothing threatening or aggressive. Instead of de-escalating, she called the police and had me trespassed from the property over a few curse words. Even the officers seemed surprised by the overreaction. To top it off, the food was terrible: cold, dry burger, and soggy onion rings. The area around the store was dirty and noisy. If this is the kind of "leadership" Sonic has running their locations, it's no wonder the food and service are suffering. I'll never return to this location -- or possibly any Sonic again.
