Smallest portion sizes and most inconsistent quality I have ran into. General manager is combative and demeaning, won't be returning and will actively telling others to avoid. read more

wouldn't let me finish what i wanted on my order and when told to add stuff they got very annoyed i felt rushed and unwelcome the food is good tho read more

Their attitude of the staff is very poor. If you ask for something, like a little more of something, they give attitude. When you come in, there is food on the tables after customers have gone. I have watched and noticed how long it takes them to clean up after a customer. Their bottles with hot sauce have crust on them around the top, which is so unsanitary. But overall, I would say the worst thing is their attitude. They're not very friendly they don't smile or greet you a smiles or a hello. When you serve the public, you have to be respectful and kind and take your time. If this is something that's hard for people to do that are in public service then they should resign from their positions. It is unfair for the customer that comes in hoping for great service and a good experience only to be met with coolness or an attitude. Unfortunately, I have to give one star, the way I feel I would give it a zero. read more

Food tasted good, but they really skimped on the portions. We ordered 3 lunch bowls and all 3 were not worth the cost because the portions were very small. Hardly filled up our bowl. Too expensive for what you get, won't go back for a while. read more

I order food ahead of time so it would be ready when I send someone to pick it up.. it was supposed to be ready at a certain time and we were there after the time mentioned on the order ...since it wasn't ready my person left and so I call the store and the guy answering the phone says that the time mentioned is just an expected time and the person should have waited and I say we waited for a few and left ... and he says you need to wait no matter how long!!! And he hung the phone up!!! Extremely rude and tries to say that is how business works!!!! Really ... that's not the right customer service !!!! Not a person that complains normally but him hanging up on me and that attitude is truly not the right customer service!!! NEVER AGAIN at least not at the Hutchinson KANSAS location !!! Reading other reviews that are all negative say it all about this location!! read more

This is my go-to place for Mexican. The staff are mainly Latino; and that's the way it's suppose to be! I love the Mexican language, culture, and the people. When I order they have patience while I practice ordering in Spanish. When I leave, I leave a very good tip for the excellent staff, the patience, and the kindness. Qdoba in Hutch is tops!! read more

Understand they close at 10, wanted to grab something to go locked the doors before 9:45.

Stopped today at 2:50pm for some food and after ordering we noticed that the place was filthy. There Wes food on the floor and nearly every table was dirty. I poured water on one and wiped it off so we could eat. We also noticed that the trash can by the food prep area was almost overflowing and there were several employees just standing around doing nothing or looking at their phones. The place was simply disgusting. read more

I was told, incorrectly I might add, that this place was horrible. So we didn't go. That is until our daughter has us go there. Now I have no idea what those people had wrong with their brains because this place was pretty good. It's like a Chipotle, except different. You can get your burrito or bowl or tacos with different meats and toppings. We do prefer it over Chipotle, as no one has ever had a colon explosion from Qdoba. read more

Approaching the entry it has the same line up as Chipotle but as you walk up to order you have many more selection even offering a plant based meat "Impossible". I ordered a chicken bowl, brown rice, black beans, veggies, corn salsa, medium salsa, queso, cheese, and guacamole. The service was polite and generous when making the bowl. I believe they do not charge extra for guacamole which I enjoy. The food taste fresh and was actually delicious. If you are looking for something fresh and quick I recommend coming to this location. read more

Came through the pick up with a free entree card and the manager wouldnt take the time out of his evening to help get it figured out. Horrible customer service, he Could of came over and at least tried to figure it out but just said eh.. sorry! read more

This is the slowest fast food team in history. They are more interested in cracking jokes Nd making excuses rhan anything else. Dude is making guacamole with his pants to his knees and bearing his nappy underwear. read more

One of the better places to eat in Hutch. Always great service. I like the veggie burrito. They actually load it up with beans and rice, unlike another burrito chain that gives you barely any food if you don't want meat on it. read more

First time client food was good service was good too.. worth a visit and freshness was nice

I've been here about 5 times. Much better than the place next door (Panda Express). Food here is always ready to order, fresh, and the staff are all hard working and very nice. Three stars only because the prices are too high for what you get. Remember, beans, rice, and pico de gallo are cheap ingredients. The markup on these items is quite high compared to other Mexican restaurants in the area. read more

I really like the price/value of this restaurant. It is clean and popular with the local crowd.

Qdoba food is better than average Mexican fast food. I had the chicken burrito with all the basics, rice, black beans, cheese and several salsas. The spiced chicken is fresh and tasty. All the choices for filling the burrito are fresh and good quality. Service was a little slow, there was a good amount of employees working but only one taking orders and making food. read more

So many options! One day I will eat everything on the menu, but for now I am enjoying just eating my taco salads lol! I've never been disappointed with their service and the guacamole is amazing. read more

I usually come here once a week and the food is always great. The only problem I have with Qdoba in Hutch is the grumpy old mexican lady that never smiles and is very rude to customers. Every time I come in she stares at customers with hatred and acts like we're the devil ourselves... Food is great. Lady is awful read more

Good food and thorough, fast service! Plus, they are Gluten Free friendly and have a wide selection. They take very good precautions if you let them know before you order that it's Gluten Free. read more

Queso is good. Knockoff of Chipotle. But if you've never been to chipotle then you are good to go as quality is very similar. Big burritos and staff is very friendly. read more

Qdoba isn't Chipotle, but it will do in a town like Hutchinson. The food is fine and the selection is what you would expect. The employees are helpful and friendly. They have one of those coke machines with all the flavors, so they have that going for them. read more

Delicious! There's nothing on the menu that isn't good! And the service is always fast!
