As you're likely not to be familiar with the concept, it's a buffet style establishment. Atmosphere is country style. They focus on buffet style all you can eat; pizza and chicken, interesting! They also have quite the salad bar. Additionally, have dessert pizza and an ice cream machine. See pictures Though everything is self-service, they take your order quickly and have folks who are rotating around, picking up empty plates and making sure that you're happy with what you're getting. You can request specialty pizzas which are made quickly and available to you as well. Not sure what the dinner prize is but lunch is around $14 for all you can eat adults and a $2 discount price for senior. Would be very helpful to know that they are closed from 2:00 till 4:30 on the buffet. I watched several people leave.

Very disappointed this time. Not very busy for it being lunch on a Sunday. Stuffing was cold. Other food was luke warm but chicken was hot. Told an employee which I asked for a manager to come to my table. Never showed up. Complained and wanted a refund due to food, service and employees almost knocking my 83 year old mom getting knocked down. the owner text me and brought up date in 2020 and 2023 that I complained. Then quit texting when I told them I wasn't even in town. District manager told us to stay away since they couldn't make me happy. He even complained about a donation that was asked for a child fighting cancer. Not good customer service at all. Would give zero stars just on how I was talked to. read more

Stopped here in what ended up being our final night in town. Man RIP. Having no idea what a pizza ranch was we decided to give it a try and mosey on in. Quickly we realized on a Sunday night that it was a pizza all you can eat- like a Midwest version of the chain CiCis. The main stay bars were comprised of pizza and cheese sticks, with another small bar that had fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and some homestyle type options. In addition there was a salad bar, and a dessert bar with a small ice cream soft serve machine. I opted to get a salad, which was kind of messy and had the dressings in squirt bottles (good idea). Also on the salad bar was pudding. Odd. Then i went to work and got 2 cheese sticks, a slice of cheese, 2 slices of pepperoni, 1 slice of buffalo chicken pizza, and then to finish things off- s life of each dessert pie. Yeah we get it ... I was hungry. To me it was good, but not worth a 4 star. It just... was average. Still a decent enough option of you're in town and looking for a good fill up. read more

Went there last night. Got there at 6:45, they close at 8. Paid for two and went to buffet. It was all old looking. Chicken was ok on the inside, but the outside you could tell had been under the warmer for quite a while Tried 4 different types of pizza. The thin crusts were all like cardboard and the other two were old as well. Guessing nothing new was put on pizza or chicken buffet since about 6. The staff all serve red themselves and were sitting at tables eating by 7:10. And were talking about how quick they could get out of there after closing. Not many people eating. Kinda a catch 22, nobody wants to eat old buffet, and they don't replenish it because nobody is eating Definitely will be one of the next restaurants in Hutchinson to shut down. Visited around 3pm, restaurant was uncrowded, buffet was fully stocked and delicious. Five or six dessert pizzas. They kept restocking with fresh pizzas even though we were between lunch and dinner services. Clean with welcoming, friendly atmosphere. read more

My wife and I love this Pizza chain. I like to have them make a Supreme with jalapenos for me. When it is done, they bring it out to the table and serve it first to the person ordering it, then they will take the rest and put it onto the buffet. One thing that I really like about the chain is that their pizzas are not greasy. Their ice cream is SUPER thick and creamy....it is GREAT !!! The only thing I can knock them on is that the ice cream only comes in vanilla. (And I realize that that is a really minor thing ! ;) ) Excellent place. Update: They no longer deliver the specialty pizzas to the table. This is a company decision, not just this store. It is a step down in service. read more

My husband and I love the fried chicken. We don't care much for the pizza. We also like the Ranch Fries. We usually get 2 orders of them and we love them. I usually get sour cream for my ranch fries but the last 2 times I did not get my sour cream so again I called them to tell them that I didn't get my sour cream with my order. I did ask to speak to a manager this time. She told me they don't have sour cream. I replied by saying then they need to take it off of the menu. I said that they used to have sour cream and she argued with me saying they have never had sour cream. I was speechless and then she said that in the 3 years that she has worked there they have never had sour cream. I told her then they need to take it off of the menu if they don't have it. If it's on the menu and I order it and I paid for it and don't get an I do get a little frustrated. She never offered to give me back my money or a discount. The pizza was the same average product that you find at most pizza buffets, the variety was good. It's nice that they ask if you would like a certain pizza when you come in then let you know when it's ready. There is also a good salad bar and limited hot food bar with fried chicken an sides. The down side of Pizza Ranch is the price, 25 dollars for 2 buffets seems expensive. I won't be a regular customer. Some family members wanted to try Pizza Ranch so I thought I would give it another shot. This experience wasn't any different than the first, with the exception that I was annoyed that they didn't have any pepperoni pizza on the buffet. Nice choices in the buffet. The Buffalo Chicken pizza was the fan favorite. Second place was the taco pizza. The buffet also including chicken, mashed potatoes, seasoned waffle fries, biscuit and a full salad bar. The ice cream machine was down but we did enjoy the Cactus Bread desert pizza. This is a pretty decent place! Yes they have a buffet and you are not required to eat only buffet. I will say that the buffet is very good. The pizza they make is good and they will ask what type pizza you want? And they will bring you the first slice or how many you want? No fighting your way back to the buffet just to get a piece of what you wanted. They also have chicken on their buffet and is surprisingly good and the have mashed potatoes and gravy as well as the fixins you would have with chicken. They also have a salad bar too! Wow. A place that serves chicken, pizza, and has a decent salad bar in one place!!! Very impressive concept and all the food is great. We are visiting family in Hutchinson and decided to try Pizza Ranch our first day. We have been four times and it has been great each and every time. The food is great, the service is great, and the owners are very involved and regularly pull away and talk to the guests. $12 for a pizza buffet is pretty pricey. But it's pretty good. Nice salad bar for a pizza buffet. Nice pizza selection, and even some regular fried chicken and mashed potatos and such for losers that don't like pizza. A few days before I went I had issues with my car and needed some water for my radiator, came in at the lunch rush and they let me fill up a couple of jugs in the bathroom. Drove up from Wichita to get lunch while visiting family. There were only 4 pizzas on the pizza buffet. Those same 4 pizzas were the only available pizza during our visit. It was a very disappointing selection and they were not refilled during the time we were there. The chicken was fantastic, the vanilla ice cream was amazing, and the staff was very friendly which is why I will still give it 3 stars. read more

Chain pizza place with buffet at night. Must say the salad bar is not good, I've tried it twice now and did not finish it. Always tastes stale. The soups are thick and appear to have been on the line for some time. The pizza is good, not great but good. A shining star is the fried chicken on the buffet. Visiting from out of town, my sister suggested Pizza Ranch, which I had never tried before. There's a nice salad bar, the Cheesy Ranch Sticks were great, and the meat-eaters in the group were happy with an unusually good selection of pizzas. I noticed that there was no cheese or veggie pizza on the buffet, so I asked the nearest employee if they would have any cheese or veggie coming out soon. This lady turned out to be Leslie, one of the owners, who then followed me back to my table to be sure which toppings and crust I would like. I opted for the Prairie Veggie, on thin crust, and a few minutes later, Leslie delivered the pizza directly to our table for as many pieces as we'd like before taking it to the buffet. The pizza just grossed me out. Imagine taking a microwave pizza from dollar tree, and then dipping it in a bath of olive oil!!! Basically flavorless, cold, and nasty! The drink options are fine, but the cups were slid over the counter face down, so I basically licked the table. The straw dispenser was unsanitary. Unwrapped straws sit in a sticky push dispenser, might as well lick all other customers fingers! And for how much it costed for 3 buffets ($30-&40) they should be able to afford wrapped straws. The only reason I would go back there would be for the dessert. The cactus bread was really good as well as the ice cream! The dessert pizza was good too! The pizza deserves 0 stars, but I gave it one star for the dessert. I hope they can up their cleanliness and kitchen skills. read more

Cute restaurant. We ordered take out and headed on home with a thin crust pepperoni, some cheese sticks and their "cactus bread" (cinnamon covered dessert type pizza). Everything was really yummy. I tried just about every food item they had to offer at pizza ranch and enjoyed every bit of it! I was shocked how tasty the fried chicken was, and the mashed potatoes were a great addition. The pizza was...well...pizza! Kinda hard to mess up :) the Alfredo sauce pizzas were particularly pleasing. The best part though was the dessert pizza. BEST dessert pizza I've had. Friendly and attentive staff, everyone was visibly hard at work. Very disappointed in the food and some of the employees were rude. There was no food and when asked when they were going to get more pizza out the staff stated "how do I know". I had to constantly wait for pizza and chicken. For the price you pay for the buffet, you should not have to ask for food to be replaced. The desert pizza was cold and hard.
