Stopped here with coworkers for a quick lunch on the way back into Dallas. Service was great, food was out in a timely manner, and it was delicious! Now I'll have to try a Dairy Queen in Dallas and hope it's just as good! I order the Chicken Tender salad, one Taco, and side of fries. All cooked to order and was fresh. Had enough salad to take on the road! Would highly recommend stopping here for lunch or dinner. read more

Terrible service. Worst I've ever seen in a DQ.. nobody answered the drive through. Pulled up to the window where the lady server was rude and unwelcoming and terrible attitude. Put in my order which I'm pretty sure I was overcharged for. Then was told to pull over to the side where I waited for 30 minutes after she said she would bring it out. Came inside to check and saw my burger was sitting ready to go the whole time. Had to ask to receive it after standing there another 10 minutes. read more

Almost the worst meal ever. My sweetie and I ordered taco salads to go at the drive-thru. Acceptable wait. We get back to the motel to eat -- NO FORKS! He drives back to get forks -- NO NAPKINS! The lack of consideration for basic utensils and napkins was a bad start. The flour tortilla shells that hold the salad were only about 1/3 full and the shells tasted like hamburger grease, therefore inedible. Both of us were up and down most of the night with severe digestive issues. I do not recommend this place. read more

Do not stop here! You have been warned! We stopped in to grab a quick dinner on our way to Lubbock. Our "quick dinner" ended up being 45 minutes long! My boyfriend ordered the chicken basket and I ordered the tacos. We each got a blizzard and a lemonade to drink. Our meal took 30 minutes. Two couples that were behind us in line for theirs before us. When our food came out my boyfriends (4) chicken basket came with two normal sized pieces and one that was cut in half. They actually counted the halves as one each. Our fries were only half full and our blizzards were nowhere in sight. We asked the woman at the counter if we could get our blizzards and she seemed confused. She looked at our table like maybe we were lying and they were sitting there. When she brought them to us ice cream was dripping down the sides of the cups. Looking around, the place was gross. The blinds were dirty and there was dust along the window frames. Tables hadn't been bussed and the floor wasn't swept. Ceiling tiles were missing and some lights were out. The bathrooms by far were the worst part. I opened the door to the women's bathroom only to find a giant cockroach and two crickets occupying the space. No thank you. I decided to hold it till the next town. Overall hands down the worst DQ I have ever been to. If you're driving to Lubbock don't stop here. Wait 30 minutes and go to the DQ in Seymour. It's 100x better! read more

A while back a young man charged my card twice after getting my receipt he still held on to my card stating their was a problem with the debit card machine. Management would not compensate. I rarely do business there anymore. read more

We used to enjoy the food and service. The last several times we've gone we were very disappointed. The food wasn't fresh. Threw it away.

I've been here a couple times, and I only went back because I thought they were just busy or it was a bad day. I was wrong, every time I order anything, the food takes FOREVER to get to me even if there are only two other people. The longest I've waited was almost half an hour. I'd say if you don't mind waiting, then this place is fine, but for fast food the quality is not worth the time. I was at the drive through and they had me pull up into a parking stop where I proceeded to wait half an hour, when I could have just went inside instead of wasting my gas. Other than that, I've never had problems with the staff or anything, but that's because I never complained. They did finally bring my meal, but I'm never coming back to this location again. read more

DO NOT STOP AT THIS DQ IN OLNEY. This place is filthy! We ordered and waited 30 minutes for a kids meal and a mini blizzard. My sister ate her food and I paid $8 to enjoy the totally disgusting restaurant. I walked out with no food. Unless you are desperate and have an hour to wait in a filthy dump. Avoid this place at all costs! This place is horrible in many ways. First, the place is filthy from the eating areas to the bathrooms. Second, the items that you order are not what you are going to receive. Third, the people that are working here really don't care about helping customers, getting orders correct or cleaning the place to make it a pleasant experience. THIS GETS ONE STAR BECAUSE SELECTING NONE IS NOT AN OPTION! Headed home back to the DFW area. My family and I got hungry, and DQ looked to be the only tasteful choice around, in OLNEY, TX! We gave our order, and the cashier in the window asked if we would wait around front. Of course, that was no issue. At some point a truck pulled next to us, coming out the drive thur. I took my child to the restroom. When we returned the man in the BIG BLUE FORD TRUCK received his food. The cashier turned around to look at me when we were coming out the building, with no remarks. We sat a total of 30 minutes waiting on 2 orders of jalitos, bullseye burger, crispy chicken sandwich(only), and steak finger basket meal. Meanwhile, more orders are just flying out of the drive thur and carryout! I walk in calmly, although I was on a million. The same cashier, with acceptable customer service in the drive thur, was not the same in person. Can't remember her name, but I sure the extra bronze on the cheek bones is the perfect narrow down. Anyway, she looked me in the face, proceeded to view other orders, ignored me standing there, until after only another lady walk up received service and left. I could tell with the whispering that my order had been all the way IGNORED! i told her before she could lie, if my order is not made PLEASE JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! Do you like waiting 30 minutes for one burger? No? Neither do I. The service was awful the staff was downright disrespectful. I never even received an apology for the 30 minute wait. ABSOLUTELY WORST PLACE TO STOP!! I didn't get my complete order! When I told the young man he COMPLETELY ignored me!! & He wanted to act like he didn't know what I was talking about and act dumb!! I thought they were gonna bring it out but I just saw him not caring and them joking around! Lettuce on my hamburger was old (slightly brown)& the meat was burnt!
