There were ants in my drink and ants in the drink fountain I didn't give it a 1 star because the ice cream was good. We let the guy who rang us up know that there were ants all over the drink station. He offered to get our drinks from the drive-thru station. The next few people behind us ordered drinks as well but the guy at the register didn't mention anything to them about the ants. Took forever to bring our food, my son asked for a plain cheeseburger. When we finally got our food, it was plain..... with mustard. Had to send it back and wait again. He took one bite and would t eat anymore because it tasted strange. Wish I could give this place zero stars. Bunch of kids working behind the counter, or I should say not working- just ball king to each other. This place deserves zero stars but unfortunately this app does not allow it. Went to order a banana split and they were out of bananas like usual and the lady taking my order was outside smoking a cigarette with her headset on. The food is always cold and it takes forever just to get anything since no one in there does their jobs. I love Dairy Queen food & ice cream when it is prepared correctly. This Dairy Queen is the worst. I called in an order of one steak finger basket, a shake & a blizzard. I waited a few minutes before leaving home. When got to Dairy Queen there was one car in the drive through & a couple of cars in the lot. I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes. The car in front of me had a large order. So why not ask her to around to give me my order? I got to the window and paid. They handed me the food. I checked the food. It was cold. It must have been sitting the 20 minutes I was in the drive through. Then I waited another 5 minutes for the ice cream. The blizzard was over the top of the cup. With only one person in the car. I wouldn't be eating it until I got home. If one person in the car why not put a lid on it? Ice cream melted all over my car before I got home. I will be driving to the DQ in Whiteright from now on. read more

We pulled into the drive thru at 5pm. I was unaware it was free cone day until after I had ordered and then asked to drive around to the front. After waiting 15min I sent my daughter in for a cone and to inquire about our order. We had a game to get to by 5:30. She came back saying it would be another 20min. I sent her back in saying we can't wait that long. They told her to look at all our orders, it would be 30 min. This was unacceptable as we were already late, so o sent her back a third time with the receipt for a refund. Miraculously this helped them to get our order ready right then. If you are running behind on orders, let the customer know straight away so they can decide if it is worth the wait. Dont get mad when people expect fast food to come out in a timely manner and without attitude. Thank you to the young man that helped us in this matter. He is the only reason for the two stars. read more
