I generally know what to expect when I stop by a DQ; I don't go for the ambience, i stop for the dessert. I was surprised to see that this one was rather nice compared to others and that the staff was friendly. By the way, I loved my Oreo blizzard. read more

OMG do not come here unless you like drugs! I stopped and placed my order. 30 minutes later and watching others wait for there's, I went up to see what the problem was, and after smelling marijuana everywhere, I knew what the problem was. The bathrooms were horrible. People are parked everywhere not letting other people come in. The lady who took our order initially was having a bad day as I asked her how her day was and she said this is not a good day. This place is in need of some serious leadership. The leadership here isn't doing anything to further the goal of this establishment. I left because I was afraid to even eat the food they were preparing. Lastly, I must be in a Time Machine because I wanted to see what my receipt said of the time and it mysteriously was an hour ahead. read more

Went through the drive-through for a dilly bar instead of our usual blizzard. Always good always good priced. read more

Charged $2.49 for a cup for water. Didn't even mention the charge. Wanted me to pay for honey mustard or ranch for my chicken strips. She said it comes with gravy so that was why. She never smiled at anyone and was very slow moving. The girl at the drive thru was on her phone. Luckily the food came fast and was good. read more

This is the worst place in town takes over 30 minutes to get a chicken strip basket and chicken fried steak meal.

Ordered 3 ice creams and they told us to park along with 4 cars after us. Waiting for 33 minutes now and counting...

This is one of the good ones. Clean. Good food and nice interior. The ladies working were very nice as well.

Great/friendly service! Clean establishment! We were impressed with the quality of the food!

Smelt like a portable toilet. No salsa for taco salads. Restaurant empty 15 minutes to get food

I never leave reviews but the fact every item ordered came out wrong has forced me here. Blizzards with no chocolate, cheese burgers with no cheese. Raw onions just tossed on EVERY THING even when menu shows other wise. I will be avoiding this place and their inadequate staff from here on out. If 0 stars were an option I would select that. read more

Long long wait.. the truck in front of me got their order taken once the vehicle at the window left I came up to order but no one responded until the vehicle at the window left. So in my opinion no orders are taken until the last one is complete? Next my order! I always order a steak finger basket with a cup of cheese added. When I got my order I don't get gravy and I was charged $2 for a half empty cup of cheese? Then I was told I would have to pay for the gravy?? The fries where stale the steak fingers where cold the bread broke??? I'll never ever return here ever again and tell everyone at work about this place tonight! I love dq and always have growing up but this place is disrespectfully a disgrace to the franchise without any doubt read more

Avoid this place like the plague, which I suspect the stray cat at the door was dying of. IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED HERE, CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARDS! Made the mistake of going to this store and left concerned our credit card details had been stolen. Attended this hole at approx 10:30am on a Thursday morning and ordered two meals. The store had only been open a short period and was empty at the time, apart from the flies and a stray cat. There were at least five staff on hand. After waiting approx 15 mins for our order, we walked to the the counter and were told it was coming up now and they would bring it over to us. Another 10 mins passed without our meal being ready so I went back to the counter. Without any form of apology or explanation, I was told "it's coming!". We had now been in the empty store, outside of rush periods for close to 30 mins. At the 45 min mark, we gave up. I went to the counter and requested a refund to our credit card as we had to go. I was again told it is coming "right now" but life is too short and asked them to refund my card. The staff member took my credit card and went to the back of the store whereby she and my card were out of sight for close to 10 mins. When she returned she advised the store manager was processing the refund in the office. When I requested my card back, she advised the manager needed it. Whilst I continued to wait for the simple refund, one of the stores suppliers, who had been standing in the store for at least 10 mins was becoming frustrated as "all he needed was a signature" for his delivery. He rightly questioned the need for my credit card to be taken out of sight for what was now 15 mins. The server then went out the back and returned with my credit card, drew a cash refund from the cash register in front of me and told me to have a nice day. I asked what was the manager doing with my credit card for close to 15 mins when I was ultimately given a cash refund, to which the server replied "How should I know". What do we know? It takes this hole at least 60 minutes to cook a burger and fries and approx 15 minutes to skim your credit card. We spent the next 45 mins of our trip talking to our bank in regards to a potentially compromised credit card and taking the necessary steps to protect us. We have been informed we now have to closely monitor our credit cards for the foreseeable future. To be very clear, our bank was highly concerned by this DQ staff members actions. Wrote to DQ head office. They did nothing and believe credit card security is not an issue!! Yep, after the Target, Home Depot, etc breaches, DQ head office said this was not an issue... and now we see the Saks Fifth Ave breach... Did not review the food as it never came! Judging by the cat, its not good... read more

Never been charged for a water before with a meal. The dude and belt buster where pretty good. Just not happy about the water deal

Employee taking the orders through the drive through is rude and unprofessional. And they hardly put any toppings in our blizzards, basically just eating vanilla ice cream. Unsatisfactory.. read more

Came in at 1030pm(closing time is 11pm) and both ladies were busy cleaning away... When I asked for ice cream they said they were out. Three or four customers were sitting in the lobby with ice cream cups! I confronted her about it but she insisted they were out. I don't buy it for a second! Way to turn away customers simply because your workers are trying to go home early. read more

It was warm and not burnt.... pretty easy to understand a decent rating from a short, fat, lazy guy.... lol

This place sucks. Nasty food, nasty attitude from the employee taking the orders. Deserves no stars. Unfortunately is one of the few options in this town. read more

Horrible horrible SLOW service. Made a stop on our way back to San Antonio and waited an hour for our food. Bathroom was nasty.

Horrible service! Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes after ordering blizzard to be told after another several minutes that blizzard machine was broke! read more

My blizzard was the wrong size. I drove all the way back and kindly asked if there was anyway it could be changed to the size I had asked for, and the cashier responded " Pay for another one or leave, if you don't leave I will call the cops, and call whoever you want because they can't whoop me." read more

I literally just stop here because the burgers are the best basic fast food burger I've had. I thought the first time was a fluke, because no DQ is that good... But it's every time. Hot melty cheesy savory goodness. read more

Service is poor and slow, 6 people behind the counter talking to each other, while customers wait to get their order taken, they seam to be talking about how a cone should be made and look like, a few were thrown out, i think they could of picked a better time to practice. I ordered a large blizzard and fry and waited for about 10 mins, and 2 orders aftet me where done, I went back to the counter, to find out the girl who took my order, and i paid her for my order, was on the window taking orders, and no one had any knowledge of my order, i had my receipt, i just won't go back read more
