OMG do not come here unless you like drugs! I stopped and placed my order. 30 minutes later and watching others wait for there's, I went up to see what the problem was, and after smelling marijuana everywhere, I knew what the problem was. The bathrooms were horrible. People are parked everywhere not letting other people come in. The lady who took our order initially was having a bad day as I asked her how her day was and she said this is not a good day. This place is in need of some serious leadership. The leadership here isn't doing anything to further the goal of this establishment. I left because I was afraid to even eat the food they were preparing. Charged $2.49 for a cup for water. Didn't even mention the charge. Wanted me to pay for honey mustard or ranch for my chicken strips. She said it comes with gravy so that was why. Long long wait.. the truck in front of me got their order taken once the vehicle at the window left I came up to order but no one responded until the vehicle at the window left. So in my opinion no orders are taken until the last one is complete? Next my order! I always order a steak finger basket with a cup of cheese added. When I got my order I don't get gravy and I was charged $2 for a half empty cup of cheese? Then I was told I would have to pay for the gravy?? The fries where stale the steak fingers where cold the bread broke??? I'll never ever return here ever again and tell everyone at work about this place tonight! I generally know what to expect when I stop by a DQ; I don't go for the ambience, i stop for the dessert. I was surprised to see that this one was rather nice compared to others and that the staff was friendly. By the way, I loved my Oreo blizzard. read more

Avoid this place like the plague, which I suspect the stray cat at the door was dying of. IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED HERE, CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARDS! Made the mistake of going to this store and left concerned our credit card details had been stolen. Attended this hole at approx 10:30am on a Thursday morning and ordered two meals. The store had only been open a short period and was empty at the time, apart from the flies and a stray cat. There were at least five staff on hand. After waiting approx 15 mins for our order, we walked to the the counter and were told it was coming up now and they would bring it over to us. Another 10 mins passed without our meal being ready so I went back to the counter. Without any form of apology or explanation, I was told "it's coming!". We had now been in the empty store, outside of rush periods for close to 30 mins. At the 45 min mark, we gave up. I went to the counter and requested a refund to our credit card as we had to go. I was again told it is coming "right now" but life is too short and asked them to refund my card. The staff member took my credit card and went to the back of the store whereby she and my card were out of sight for close to 10 mins. When she returned she advised the store manager was processing the refund in the office. When I requested my card back, she advised the manager needed it. Whilst I continued to wait for the simple refund, one of the stores suppliers, who had been standing in the store for at least 10 mins was becoming frustrated as "all he needed was a signature" for his delivery. He rightly questioned the need for my credit card to be taken out of sight for what was now 15 mins. The server then went out the back and returned with my credit card, drew a cash refund from the cash register in front of me and told me to have a nice day. I asked what was the manager doing with my credit card for close to 15 mins when I was ultimately given a cash refund, to which the server replied "How should I know". What do we know? It takes this hole at least 60 minutes to cook a burger and fries and approx 15 minutes to skim your credit card. We spent the next 45 mins of our trip talking to our bank in regards to a potentially compromised credit card and taking the necessary steps to protect us. We have been informed we now have to closely monitor our credit cards for the foreseeable future. To be very clear, our bank was highly concerned by this DQ staff members actions. Wrote to DQ head office. They did nothing and believe credit card security is not an issue!! Yep, after the Target, Home Depot, etc breaches, DQ head office said this was not an issue... and now we see the Saks Fifth Ave breach... Did not review the food as it never came! Came in at 1030pm(closing time is 11pm) and both ladies were busy cleaning away... When I asked for ice cream they said they were out. Three or four customers were sitting in the lobby with ice cream cups! I confronted her about it but she insisted they were out. I don't buy it for a second! Service is poor and slow, 6 people behind the counter talking to each other, while customers wait to get their order taken, they seam to be talking about how a cone should be made and look like, a few were thrown out, i think they could of picked a better time to practice.
