Worst DQ I've been to. I went to this DQ after seeing a movie with my friends to get some blizzards and a side for a late lunch. The store was filthy on the ground and the trash was overflowing. The place was empty besides one customer so we were expecting quick service, but that was not the case. It took 10 minutes (I counted) for us to be helped. We were standing by the counter and a kid working kept looking at us but never helped us nor told us we would be helped soon or he needed a second. It could've been fixed with simple communication!! but he just kept staring at us and walking away. When we were finally helped by someone else she gave us an attitude. I don't know if it was because we were people of color or if they were just incompetent. Either way, it was not a great experience! read more

Sadly one of the worst DQs with the worse service I've been to. I've stopped for the blizzards after work multiple days and the experience hasn't improved. Service is slower then a snail, orders are made in whatever order the workers want. Little to no communicate between co workers is being said. I ordered ahead and my order still wasn't even made (15 minutes after the estimated ready time). Ive ordered there and had to wait till they completed all the drive thru orders before they'd make mine. I have to stand at the counter and wait for the workers (with ear buds in) to acknowledge my presence just to remind them I'm physically here and waiting. I understand there's a worker shortage, but this store would be better off remaining closed than being open with the staff they have now. Extremely rude and disrespectful. I won't be going back for that reason alone. I've never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome by anyone in the service industry ever. So slow. We order two chicken tender baskets just before the dinner hour. Took about 30minutes to get our food.

Well I've given this location a chance a few more times and still horrible. Food was cold again as soon as they handed it to me. Not just cold but soggy and it looked like it had been sitting out for awhile. This is how it is every time now. The owners need to figure it out and get their staff corrected and the right training before the health dept shuts you down. I told a worker the ranch was hot and runny, he said I'll get you a new one, before he handed it to me he stuck his nose about a half of an inch from it to smell it, right in front of me and then handed it to me and said this one is good. Their are 12 workers there but no one is ever working, usually 4 or 5 are hiding by the window in the drive thru sitting on the floor so people don't notice them as customers wait 20 mins to get cold food. Get it together Rogers DQ, do better or shut the doors. Edit: DQ asks me to contact them via the link they posted. I did. Twice. No response. Dont bother!! I didnt get my mobile order. I arrived and "promptly"waited 15 minutes at the counter BEFORE I was even spoken to. Then I gave my name for the order only to be told they DONT HAVE WHAT I ORDERED. No offer to substitute. I asked how to get refunded, since I didnt want to pay $10 for nothing. Was told "I dont know" and the girl walked away. Im also calling the health department because this place is straight filth. If you have the option I would avoid this DQ at all cost. Staff could hardly place a simple order, they didn't have some of the sides and no one addressed the missing sides from our order after asking twice. Instead of bringing the food out on a tray workers brought out each item by hand with their hands touching the food directly. To top it all off I got food poisoning shortly after eating there. Thank you for the reply. However, I would only be encouraged if I knew you were going to improve your employee training. From May-20 to Nov-20 I placed 28 mobile orders, and less than 50% were processed well. Three of those times, after waiting more than 25 minutes, someone came out to our car and asked what we ordered!! Because they lost the order. Of the other orders, the average wait time was 15-20 minutes for mobile orders. In July 2020 I provided MOBILE APP FEEDBACK: The -I'm here- function must not be working at all. If i just pull in to the Marked Mobile Order Parking spot, nobody ever sees me. During my past 10 visits only 4 orders could be considered as -timely- And those were better because I waited in the drive through line Just to say -I am Here-. The restaurant staff are WONDERFUL and happy, so I blame most all issues on the DQ App. My renewed attempt this week to see how things have improved was disappointing. I won't be coming back to this location. So, to sum it up... Your Rogers location gets 1-star for mobile ordering, 4-stars for drive thru, and 5-stars for employee attitudes. read more

If only I could give less than 1 star. I give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I ordered 3 times, because the person at the register was "new" Everyone has to learn sometime, right? Eventually, I ordered 3 bbq chicken strip baskets and 1 regular chicken strip basket. When our food came, all 4 baskets were plain. People make mistakes. No big deal, until I told the person delivering it to our table it was wrong. Her response was "you didn't order it right, let me se your receipt" I said I did order the bbq chicken...3 times. Her response was "well it will be more money, bbq chicken is like $10, and she probably didn't understand you anyway, she is new" Not, I'm sorry, not would you like us to fix it, nothing else. We took the plain ones because we didn't want to deal with her, or wait any longer. When we were done eating, I asked for a box because we had a bunch of the chicken left over. Great service! The server was polite and helpful when I came to buy a birthday cake. My concerns were in the cleanliness of the area behind the counter. The floor didn't look like it had been mopped in a while and there was a lot of garbage (cups, napkins, straws, etc) under all of the machines. The walls were also dirty. The lobby refrigerators we all broken, which made me think that upkeep and cleaning were not a priority here. read more

Call me crazy, but the Blizzards created at this location are creamier than other locations. I am a huge fan of many different flavored Blizzards, and it doesn't take much for one of my kids to convince me to stop at a DQ, regardless of where we are. But there is a caveat, I do what people are supposed to do at DQ, I ONLY order ice cream. None of their food is healthy at all. It doesn't taste all that bad, but I have never in my life been in the mood for a DQ burger. If I want a burger, I go to a restaurant known for burgers. This particular DQ is always clean. All the tables are clean, the floor is clean, the bathrooms are clean. For all I know, the trash cans are clean. When there is a huge line of people, there are 2-4 employees quickly making all the treats, moving as quickly as possible, then delivering the treat to the counter. I find it funny that the introverted female cashier looks like she is doing everything in her power to fake happiness. She never messes up our orders, or is rude. Introverts are calls introverts for a reason. The drive-thru is hit or miss, just like any other drive-thru, fully depending on what the people in front of your ordered. If we are the only car, it is quick. I've heard "sorry for the wait" on multiple occasions. When the place is swamped both inside and out....yeah, things take longer. I'll more than likely visit this DQ in the next 5 days, because the new Chocolate Cake Blizzard is delicious. And yes, I'd recommend that Blizzard and the Chocolate Xtreme, and the Salted Caramel Truffle to anybody. read more

The service was really good, but unfortunately the blizzard I ordered was blended to the point of being a milkshake, no chunks of Oreo whatsoever, and it was partially melted so it was difficult to eat with a spoon. I think it must have been prepared by an inexperienced employee, and sat too long as I waited in the drive thru. Blizzards are pricey so I was definitely disappointed. This was a terrible experience. First of all I know this can't be helped necessarily but very long drive thru wait. Started to order a cheeseburger combo and was immediately shut down. "Sorry ma'am, I've just been informed our burger machine is down." Ordered chicken tenders basket instead. The blizzard my sister ordered was told, "we don't make that one here." Had to ask twice for BBQ sauce and ketchup packets. 5 minutes later I am informed they are completely out of ketchup and am handed one bbq sauce. No apologies or anything. I drove away and realized they forgot the ice water for my granddaughter. I park and try to go inside, was immediately reprimanded for trying to go in when they are closed but after explanation they gave me one. I'm never going here again. read more

Yummy ice cream. But I was greeted with a very weird and aggressive employee. I didn't catch her name, but she definitely made me and my nanny kids uncomfortable. When we walked in, she was very adamant about taking our order right away and not allowing us time to think about what we wanted. When we did talk to her she acted passive aggressively disinterested. Food is always good, but this location has the worst service I have EVER experienced. Consistently noticeable throughout the year or so. Decided to test out a new (to me) DQ location for my annual "indulgence" of my signature Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard with extra Reese's on top. After a ridiculous exhibition of kindness from guests holding open doors for one another as they entered and exited, we were met by a cashier on the prowl for a fight. After placing my order, she responded with an exaggerated "huh??" to which I said, "the Reese's on top please..." and she responded with "we can't do that.." So I let it go, fine. My cohorts ordered their blizzards and when my boyfriend placed his order for a chicken sandwich she immediately screamed "CHICKEN SANDWICH!!!" in his face presumably so her coworkers were aware. Needless to say, her vibe sucked, sucked so hard she scared 2/4 of us outside during the ordering process and in the end we were able to laugh it off while I asked for the extra Reese's on top from the nice girl who made the blizzard. *~*~*~*FAIRY TALE ENDING*~*~*~* Also, they're hiring. read more
