The banana split was great. I fount their on wall menu's very frustrating to try to read, white print on pastel colors is just a bad choice and then all those chandeliers hanging over the counter made them even harder to read. Wow! I'm in love with Amore Ice Cream. There is a four scoop flight option - totally perfect for a to go or drive through. Mine however didn't make it out of the parking lot, I ate it all. In my flight, I got the Lemon Poppyseed, Yippee Skippee, Carrot Cake, and Exhausted Parent. We also got a homemade waffle cone with This Just Got Serious, Malted Amore, with a taster of old fashioned vanilla. Each flavor was amazing and so different from each other. Stopped here on a road trip, what a find! Im not even a big ice cream fan but I will definitely make a point of coming here whenever passing through! Super cute, friendly, and very reasonably priced! We had a wonderful experience at Amore recently. This was our first time and it's only a mile from our home. My brother-in-law and his family came to visit from Romania and noticed the sign as we were driving past the building. He just said let's give it a try. He asked if we have tried it. Nope, but we heard many positive reviews. We all loved it. Great service and delicious ice with a myriad of flavors. In fact, we went back for a second time a week later. My favorite flavor was the peanut butter cookie dough. And we loved how they give very generous servings. It has turned into a local family favorite. read more

I absolutely love the ice cream here!! The ice cream is so flavorful and they have so many different flavors to choose from with super unique names! I ordered the 4 scoop flight and I picked the flavors: Fat Elvis, Turtle, Kitty Kitty Bang Bang and Strawberry Cheesecake. My favorite flavors were Fat Elvis and Turtle. The workers were friendly and polite! The interior is very clean and well maintained and lots of tables, very spacious!! They also have a goldfish tank to look at the cute fishes inside! They also have lots of tables outside if you like to sit outside! I love the variety of music they play inside! Amore is a great ice cream shop in Elk River -- they also have candy, soda, burgers, dogs, and sandwiches! Yesterday was our first visit. Of course, the main thing is the ice cream. They have 48 flavors up front and 16 flavors in back - for a grand total of 64 flavors. The 3 of us all got cones with different flavors. The ice cream was awesome! I wasn't very hungry but I simply HAD to sample something hot. I went for the Reuben Dog. It seemed appropriate since St. Patrick's Day was right around the corner. It was weird and good. In addition to the ice cream and the hot food selections, they offer a few more goodies. They have ice cream to-go. They have candy. And they have local Minnesota soda made by Spring Grove. The the inside is very large, clean, comfortable, and generally nice & cheery. There's a giant fish tank in the middle. There's a kid's play area (with kiddie videos) in the corner...a nice touch if you have small kiddos. They also have cable TV continuously running for the adults. This is our favorite place in town for icecream , there is so many flavors to choose from you can sample before you choose your flavor prices are good, staff is helpful and friendly dining room is clean they have a nice kids area the TV has cartoon's on for the kids. Stopped in for a Chicago dog. They use Nathan dogs and have poppy seed buns. The only misses were they put ketchup and lettuce on them and no neon relish. The ice cream selection was phenomenal!
