Everyone seems to know everyone - workers and patrons alike. Cheese curds. Butter burgers. A small town Culver's IS America, people. Ok, maybe just the neighborly, cheese loving part of America. When I asked her to please add another slice she literally threw the slice on my sandwich and smashed the bread closed, like I'm literally laughing so hard while I'm writing this. There is nothing you can do because we live in a small town and we want a Subway but I personally can't wait until this lady retires because she obviously LOATHES PEOPLE. What a delightful find!…read more A group of friends and I visited The Porch at the end of September while traveling through the area, and what a wonderful experience from start to finish! From the moment we walked through the door, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful in explaining how the ordering process worked. The atmosphere was fantastic, especially sitting out on "the porch"! The menu offered so many tempting choices, and did I mention they have ICE CREAM?! Between our group, we enjoyed appetizers, sandwiches, pizza, and, of course, ice cream. Every single thing was delicious! What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. Even a little glitch with the mustard dispenser was addressed and resolved within about 30 seconds. It's those little things that speak volumes about how a business is run! Great food, wonderful atmosphere, and genuinely friendly people who clearly care about their customers. The Porch was an absolute gem and a highlight of our travels!
