She said she could not look up how much my friend had spent for his order that the order was gone now and now BK has a new system where you don't even get to see your total on your receipt. There are times when people need business receipts. And of course, mini banks do not instantly debit your account so you might have to wait several days to see how much they charged you. So I'm not sure which was worse the extremely rude manager or this stupid new system that they have. Both have combined to make neither of us interested in ever going to that Burger King again, and it used to be our favorite place to go. This may be a small town, but there are other fast food establishments to go to. Patience and politeness with customers goes a long way when there's an issue!
