While it was cooked medium rare like I ordered, the fat was unrendered and several pieces were very chewy as a result. It was hard to cut on a metal plate. The caramelized onions were far from being caramelized; they were under seasoned and undercooked (still crispy). There was a pile of way overcooked green beans on the plate that had no seasoning. There are times when people need business receipts. And of course, mini banks do not instantly debit your account so you might have to wait several days to see how much they charged you. So I'm not sure which was worse the extremely rude manager or this stupid new system that they have. Both have combined to make neither of us interested in ever going to that Burger King again, and it used to be our favorite place to go. This may be a small town, but there are other fast food establishments to go to. Patience and politeness with customers goes a long way when there's an issue!
