My coworkers have hyped this place up for the last two months as " the best sirloin they've ever…read morehad" so I was excited to finally try this place. First off I will say the service is simply not good. I sat at the bar so I expected phenomenal service since the cook is right there. They seem to just work on slow motion and go at their own pace which is fine, but not when you're waiting there for 25 minutes for service. The food was honestly very bland and had 0 seasoning. The sirloin was just a bit piece of meat with no flavor at all. The tater tots were pretty solid, but it's hard to mess that up. The garlic bread was also pretty good aside from being burnt on the bottom. The "Side Salad" was just a few pieces of lettuce on a paper plate with a packet of saltine crackers. The price of the food is where it really gets bad. $30 dollars for a bland pile of meat and some potatoes is insane. If in going to pay that much money, I could just go down the street and get a much better steak at multiple places. I thought it was just me, but the people I went with also agreed with my sentiment. I'd like to give it another chance, but I simply cannot spend that amount of money to try it out again.

Hidden gem alert, if you're in Aberdeen and haven't checked out Big Fella's Bar and Grill yet,…read moreyou're seriously missing out. From the second you walk in, you can tell you're about to have a solid, laid-back local bar experience. We got seated quick, drinks came out fast, and we kicked things off with some table onion rings perfectly cooked with that golden crispy outside and tender bite inside. Super good start. I went with the classic cheeseburger with raw onions honestly, that's all you need. I even forgot to add bacon and didn't miss it one bit. Someone at our table ordered the double cheeseburger and wow... easily one of the biggest burgers I've ever seen. Absolute unit. We also shared tater tots with cheese and grilled onions cooked perfectly, but the real star was that cheeseburger. Big, nicely charred on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside... legit one of my top five burgers I've ever had. Did I mention the free ice cream cone machine that's self serve? Tonight was lemon or vanilla or twist. We're already planning to make this a regular stop on the days they're open (Wednesday through Saturday if you're wondering). Do yourself a favor and swing by you won't be disappointed.

The food was absolutely some of the best food I've ever had in my entire life. First time having walleye and was blown away by how good it was. Our entire table ended up ordering 6 orders of them. The brushetta was good but a bit messy. The pot stickers were some of the best I've had as well. The cheesecake also was very good but needed more chocolate on it. Overall it was a very nice experience and I will be returning

I've been to Three22 several times, and while it has its strengths, there are a few things worth…read morenoting. First, the positives: the menu is large with a solid variety of options, so it's easy to find something that sounds appealing. The staff has consistently been friendly and knowledgeable, which definitely improves the overall experience. The location has a cool vibe, although on recent visits it felt a little inconsistent meaning some decor elements that were there before seemed to be missing, so it almost feels like they're in the middle of changing things up. Now for the food. The pizzas are easily the standout. They're genuinely great. The garlic cheese bread is also very good, so good that I once ordered it as my main meal and added Italian sausage. Honestly, that might be the best "pizza" option they have. The daily soup is usually solid. The cheeseburger soup sounds strange on paper, but surprisingly, it works. That said, consistency can vary depending on the day. The salads are huge easily shareable, which is nice, but depending on what you're looking for, the portion size can feel a little excessive. Desserts are good across the board. The peppermint and Andes mint options are personal favorites, though they do lean on the sweeter side. They also offer a large selection of adult beverages, plus some zero-alcohol options, which is a nice touch and gives everyone something to choose from. Overall, Three22 does a lot right, especially with pizza and service, but the shifting atmosphere and occasional inconsistencies keep it from being a five-star experience.

This is one of those times. We were passing through the area and decided to stop for something quickly to eat and I was in the mood for a burger. Huge parking...attached to a strip mall, but far away from the stores. This particular chain is not one I'm familiar with as they don't have any where I live. Now the menu has an adequate selection to choose from fish to chicken to salads to hamburgers. There's also some good dessert items to choose from (I include malts & shakes in this group). Coming in at the peak of lunchtime, there was a bit of a line, but it moved. Unfamiliar with the Culvers menu, I let a couple others jump ahead of me in line. Eventually, I opted for the Cheddar ButterBurger...made it a combo meal. I was expecting a run of the mill burger, but to my surprise, my burger was really tasty. In fact, it has to be one of the best chain restaurant burgers I've ever had! My friend got a different burger I don't recall, but said his was way better than he was also expecting. French fries were pretty good too. This is a Pepsi products place...sorry Coke folks. Prices were average for a fast food restaurant. This chain location was clean inside and out. Although being busy, workers kept the place pretty clean. Now the soda machine area was a little wet but it wasn't any worse than most fast food restaurants I've visited. The bathroom was clean too. Sidenote: paying with bills and change, I was one cent short of breaking a large bill and was expecting the young cash register worker to forego being one penny short and give me back a single bill. Nope, I got 99 cents back! Now I'm not complaining...in fact, kudos to the young man...in reality, it's probably not within his authority to "give" away funds and he was simply following proper protocols to the letter. I'm sure he'll be a true asset wherever he works as he pursues this or any other career. Good job young man, good job! This place exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely visit this chain again in my travels and look forward to it!
