If I could give a zero I would. Food was given to us spilled all over in the bag, they got our order wrong and had to keep coming out and asking us what we were missing. And they were rude. We're driving through and spent and hour waiting for our food. Very frustrating. Also the chicken was gross and they made my blizzard wrong. And there was a hair on my husbands fries.

This place is absolutely disgusting. I never come here because of previous experiences in the past but this place should not be up and running anymore. The other day, I had a hair in my cold fries. Didn't even bother to go in and talk to a manager because I was already frustrated with the straight vanilla ice cream that was at the bottom of my unmixed blizzard.

They came out hot and delicious. I was expecting more than just ketchup as a topping, but they were still good. The fries were terribly warm, but they were good. It's a bar atmosphere which seems to be pretty appropriate. The back bar has a great selection of bourbons. I'll probably try something different than the sliders in my next visit.

We we greeted as we came in by Mary Beth who was the mixologist of the day. We were self seated at the bar to get first hand experience. Menus were given to us, certain items were pointed out as favorites and drink order was placed. We ordered the chicken sliders and the Knocker Burger which is one of the original burgers from the original Tavern in Louisville. Octoberfest was ordered along with a Diet Coke/bourbon. The Octoberfest was good, however there was a little twist of berry hint to it. I asked about it and was explained that the prior pour was a blueberry drink and the flavor was still infused in the lines after flushing. Kayla was the manager and she was concocting some new drink creations for the upcoming widow walk. People go from place to place ( similar to a pub crawl ). They were taste testing to have a go to drink for the themed walk. They are also gearing up for Harvest Homecoming. Our food was delivered nice and fresh. The sliders were very good. The burger was tasty and filling; so only ate 1/2. The fries were really good and nicely salted, not too much or too little. All in all a nice establishment to visit. Might have to check out the widow walk when time comes around.

The B&B is -phenomenal-, and if you're in Louisville, you have to stop in and try it. You're doing yourself a disservice if you don't. I had no idea the veggie burger was the one featured on the show, so as a vegetarian, I was especially excited to try it. I swapped the veggie patty onto the Mushroom & Swiss burger, and it was hands down the best veggie burger I've had in the decade I've been vegetarian. Our group all ordered different burgers, along with the fries and Brussels sprouts, and every single plate was a hit. They have super unique sauces to try as well, I am not a huge pickle fan but the dill pickle hot sauce was my personal favorite. I also recommend grabbing a brown butter toffee cookie on your way out. The restaurant has a fun, laid-back atmosphere with great music, colorful murals, a lively bar area, and Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives playing on the TVs, which was a nice touch. It's also located in a cute part of downtown Louisville that's worth exploring. The service matched the food. Everyone was welcoming, happy to answer our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed. This will definitely be on my list for a return visit the next time I'm in Louisville.

The atmosphere is casual but very comfortable and fun, loved all the open windows and natural light. The food is slightly pricey for not coming with fries or any sides, but the flavors were great and we enjoyed both the smash burger and chicken sandwich! Even before we were seated, I noticed a server wearing a green bandanna speaking to another employee, who we later learned was the manager on duty, in a way that seemed unprofessional and unfriendly. After we were seated, my wife asked if we could move because she was cold. We then waited about 15 minutes before anyone came to our table. When our server finally arrived, she acted like she didn't want to be there. My wife asked for a recommendation, but the response was vague and unhelpful. Our drink order was wrong. My wife and I ordered waters, and our son ordered a Sprite, but we received two lemonades and one water instead. After taking our order, our server disappeared. She never brought our food, checked on us, asked if we needed refills, or stopped by the table again. The manager walked past our table several times but never seemed interested in checking on our experience. The biggest issue was my son's meal. He ordered chicken sliders with the sauce on the side, but they arrived covered in sauce. Another employee took the meal back to be remade, but it came back wrong a second time. By then, my wife and I had already finished eating, and our son had been waiting nearly an hour without a proper meal. When I spoke with the manager, I asked that my son's meal be removed from the bill. Instead of taking responsibility and apologizing, the manager offered excuses rather than solutions. Mistakes can happen, but it's how they're handled that matters. Unfortunately, the customer service from both our server and the manager was disappointing. We left frustrated, and based on this experience, we will not be returning to this location.

We dropped in on Oaks night and even though it was pretty busy we were able to grab two seats at the bar. The only downfall of this was the time of day and the position of the Sun blaring through the garage door windows blasting me in the face however that cannot be helped or avoided, just a heads up for anyone who is super sensitive to the sun and arrives around sunset. I started with a Sunset Spritz and looked over the menu, there are so many great options to choose from and I was really torn on what to get but decided on the blackened Mahi Mahi sandwich (you can also get grilled or fried, but the bartender recommended blackened) and an order of sweet potato fries. The fries come with a side of a smoky pineapple chutney of some sort and even though I'm not a huge fan of anything that's really smoky it was absolutely delicious and a great combo. Seriously 10/10 recommend. The sandwich was also fire! I am extremely picky about sea food, especially since I used to live near the cost so it was always fresh and it definitely did not disappoint. I was so full when we left lol My husband got the beef sliders as his entrée with a side of regular fries tossed in roasted garlic pepper. I tried them and they were just OK. The sweet potato fries are definitely where it's at! I am really looking forward to going back and trying out some new items like the Cheeseburger Hand pies, Chicken tenders or one of their boozy milkshakes ... it sounds delicious doesn't it!

Bourbon and Burger's menu is at least 50% identical to Mussel and Burger Bar and has some overlap with Havana as well (both currently or previously owned by Ole Restaurant Group/Martinez/Lorenzo). If you like Mussel and Burger, you'll like this. And pay about $10 more per meal. The burgers are mainly in the $15-$18 range. For JUST a burger. Add an extra $5-$7 for fries and you're looking at a BURGER meal topping out around $25. That's more than you'll pay for a burger at any fine steakhouse. Shakes are $9-$15! $1 extra for ranch! We just spent $120 for 3 people. For BURGERS. I'm not sure who decided on this price point but it doesn't fit. The vibe of the place is very casual. The food itself tasted fine. I don't recommend the zucchini fries. Burgers are too tall - with 2 patties on them. We had to eat them in sections with forks and knives (no thanks). Service was very slow. I don't think our server actually ever checked on us the entire time we had our food. Towards the end of the meal, I noticed the server had taken my soda away. And never brought a new one. I have no idea why. The grass bull outside makes for a fun pic. The restaurant has a great ambiance and offers outdoor seating as well. We won't be back.

I was skeptical based on the outside, but the place goes hard. 10/10 a better smash burger than Toastys or anyone else in town. Has become my go to spot. It seemed like the perfect spot since we were in the mood for a smash burger and wanted to try something new. When we arrived at the restaurant, we walked inside to the left (not through the patio door) and went to counter which had menus laying on it. The inside is smaller, more intimate, with limited seating however there are about four patio tables outside as well. Based on other reviews that I have read, you can take your food next-door to Frankfort liquors and eat there while enjoying a drink or you can also order from there as they have QR codes on the bar. The staff will even bring it over to you which I confirmed after we finished eating and walked next door to check it out. Once we placed our order, the cashier walked into the Kitchen to make it. We each got a double smash burger and shared an order of beef tallow fries. It wasn't really busy so the food didn't take very long and of course came out hot and fresh. The burger patties were much bigger than I expected, literally hanging off the bun but were the perfect amount of smash. Some smash burgers in my experience have had their edges too crispy. I know a lot of people like this, but I prefer my smash burger with substantial edges. The food was SO GOOD! 10/10 recommend. Literally the perfect burger meal. My husband makes a mean smash burger, and this was definitely competition. I honestly can't wait to go back.

Less than a mile from our hotel we came midday in between lunch and dinner so the place was pretty much empty with just a few other patrons. We could sit wherever so we chose a booth at the corner. For an additional $1 I asked for bourbon glaze to be spread on my salmon. It was served on a bed of wild rice. The bourbon glaze was definitely a game-changer... the combination of sweet, smoky, and tangy flavors created a yummy flavor. CAJUN PORK CHOPS: not one but two thick cut pork chops brined & seared.
