I am pretty certain that it isn't policy according to Food Safety and with the health department to be putting food out that is under the required temperature especially within the danger zone... if you're going to follow policy then do so efficiently and not pick and choose... it wouldn't be near the issue with me if I wasn't made to feel as if I was an inconvenience in my request rather than it actually being a procedure of the chain.
