Service is always kind and helpful, food is good but tends to be slow. Very good ice cream and treats :)

My order was wrong. And the guy agrue with me about what I ordered. The person on the phone with…read moreeven tried to tell him. Then he gave me the finger as I left. Also only got one sauce for 10 piece nugget.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received at any fast food place (and that's saying…read moresomething)! Every single employee was focused on the drive thru and nobody was attending customers up front. Neither order kiosk had receipt paper and was not attended to the entire time my pops and I were eating. There was no ketchup or cups for the ketchup. When I went to ask for ketchup, I was treated like I was bothersome. Nevermind that I informed them their self serve was out and I had also ordered a bunch of food to take home that was over an hour away. There were messes on almost every table despite one gentleman spending what seemed like 10 minutes cleaning the same table who had king ass dreadlocks that were not netted and he was around food!!! Since there was no receipt paper they were calling out order numbers when hello idiots, people didn't know their order numbers because their was NO RECEIPT. A monkey and I with my bum leg could of ran it better. Oh plus, the bathrooms were freezing like the artic and no soap and no tp hardly. It wasn't busy at all, especially when there were 5 workers solely dedicated to the drive-thru. I would suggest never going inside. You'll have an awful experience!

I only ate at this establishment when exploring Scobey because we had a couple home cooked meals…read moreand ate at the fair for the full experience of Daniels County. I did have the burger chilled and reheated and it was still flavorful. Apparently this place has been around since the sixties and has been treating locals to a proper local beef burger and soft serve ever since! They also have a lot more than that to offer, as the menu is as tall as the building it's glued to. I saw Mac 'n cheese bites as an option. Imagine what the first Dairy Queen or Sonic was probably like before mass production and freezing everything for distribution. The vanilla soft serve is SO good (the chocolate has a faint powder taste to it). The cold front option is just like a blizzard, with as many add-ins as you wish and nestle cookie dough straight from the tub. It's hard to have a burger in Scobey that isn't delicious because the meat is raised down the same road, but it's awesome to know they take the time to share it with the rest of us! Just be aware they usually close by 8 pm and will close on a Saturday so they can also enjoy the fair festivities. If you find yourself flying across the Great Plains of Montana and want a fresh burger and or a sweet stop, you'll be happy when you drive up and see the open sign is still facing out.

Food is good but a little spendy about like everything else these days with inflation.read more
