Great service and they offer military discount! Oreo blizzard was 10/10 and the steak fingers were surprisingly very tasty! read more

This place has a reputation for being extremely slow. I thought I would use Door Dash to call in a carry out order to give them a little head start. It didnt work. I got here to pick up my order. I was met with an excuse about not hearing the door dash come through. I barely got an apology from the staff. I ordered a blizzard to eat while I wait. The employee was even slow doing that. With several employees standing around giving me dirty looks through the window, I was happy to pull up and allow customers behind me to get their food. The prices for the food aren't worth the hassle. I suggest skipping this and going somewhere else. read more

I did not get far enpugh to order. Drove through, asked if they had dilly bars. Whoever was inside barked at me,"i will get to you when i get to you" so i waited, and waited, and waited finally i gave up. Understaffed? Hire people. For a small town full of poor people, servers act like tjey did ypu a favor just by showing up. About to go get an ice cream maker. Ill never go here ever again. Good thing tbe workers and owner is already a millionair. This resturaunt is not going to earn anyone a living wage. read more

Connor was very friendly and open to help! He made a fairly mediocre ice cream, but he clearly put heart into it! It has a very nice, friendly, and vintage atmosphere, and I certainly can't complain. The cook behind the counter was very, very diligent. Overall, I would come again another day without a doubt! read more

Don't go here. 1. Drive-in speaker broken (and no notification sign) 2. Had to repeat order twice 3. No 'pup cup' offered 4. Failed to receive one ordered item until we demanded it Generally speaking, you should only go here if you want to be embarrassed for being so clueless. Read the other reviews too! read more

Fire everyone there , nothing came out right. Timeless was poor 28 minutes for some burger is terrible for anyone to wait. A metal twisty was found inside my burger . read more

I came in and ordered some food and didn't get everything on my order but everything else was fine

Literally everything here is useless. Drive through doesn't work. Drive through is exactly the same as walking in.

The Oreo Blizzard taste very good, no only ice cream but you can still enjoy the Oreo pieces. And they are very friendly, the environment is clean. Parking lots are available. read more

Dairy Queen - Yummy! - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Gatesville, Texas

Amazing service and great food! A good visit to finish my night off!!! Keep up the good work I see the difference!

I won't even give one star Took them 30 minutes to make 3 cones and a banana split Their box doesn't work and you wait and wait and wait then you finally pull to the window and they tell you the speaker isn't working right. Yet not one idiot can walk the ass to the speaker box and hang a sign. To top that off the two people I felt with were VERY RUDE read more

Dining is closed, drive through intercom is broke, and had to order at pick up window. It took over an hour to gather my Favor order. Super S l o w service. read more

This is literally the slowest restaurant in town. Their microphone for the drive through hasn't worked in well over a year, so waiting to place your order until you get to the window is painstakingly slow. They have gotten my order wrong on multiple occasions, and it's typically just a blizzard. read more

Tried to order Dairy Queen tonight, and for the third time in the past month when we have tried getting ice cream - their ice cream machine was down... won't even bother anymore. read more

Even with only 2 staff present, the order for 3 people was taken in a considerate amount of time and only took 10 mins to get. The 2 staff were very efficient. And the restaurant was very clean. read more

This location is pure garbage. Food either comes out to greasy or cold. Came thru drive thru waited 10 minutes to take an order and never helped so i left. Poor customer service read more

20 minutes in the drive through line at 11:45 am on a regular Saturday. Not one other car came through while we awaited our order. I see why. read more

Their ice cream machine was broken because it was frozen! Like how does an ice cream place freeze their own f***ing machine. Get your s*** together Dairy Queen! read more

Stopped for French fries and blizzards. Everything was great. And good service it was a Sunday evening and not crowded.

This DQ is pretty standard among those I've visited. The employees were courteous and customer-friendly, delivering the food to our tables as soon as it was ready. The food (blizzards included) were very good, although my Reese's Outrageous was a little short on Reese's cups, and overflowing with Reese's Pieces. My only complaint from this location is that they did not have napkins readily accessible on the tables or countertops - you have to ask the employees behind the counter for them. read more

A modern miracle. Among the great miracles in history...our lady of guadalupe...fatima....none are as miraculous as this place staying in business. How do they do it? They are slow, the ice cream machine is frozen every time i go by (you read that right), and the last rime the intercom worked windows 95 was running on most pcs. You are a miracle dairy queen. I am amazed. read more

I went in tonight because I was told it was under new management. That may be true but your still getting the same service! A sign was posted saying employees must wear a mask at all times, the manager had no mask on the worker only had hers on her lips. The place looked like it had been robbed, there was trash in the floor behind the counter, about 60 lids they were just walking on. I got my order, it took a while but I understood there was only 2 people working. I ordered 2 large blizzards and a dipped cone. They make the cone first so it has plenty of time to melt while you wait on your blizzards. One was fine, the other was only 3/4 of the way full. I took it back in and asked them to fill it up please, i mean crap I paid 5.00 for the thing. She was rude and put a tiny dab of ice cream in it and handed it back, not even close to being full. I just left, I didn't feel like fighting with her. Come on guys, I just want what I paid for. Just overall the same Dairy Queen I have avoided almost a year ago. Bad service, dirty store, and half assed order read more

Worst service ever. I literally don't know how they stay in business or why I still try to come here. Their service is always super slow and half the time the order is wrong. The people who work here can't seem to take basic orders or instructions. Awful awful management. read more

Waited I. The drive through 10 mins from when I ordered to get to the window. When I finally got to the window, they didn't have my order so I had to repeat it. I paid and then waited another 15 mins to actually get my food. It was just a chicken salad and a bottle of water. During the 15 mins I waited, not a single person came back to ask if I wanted a refund or to tell me how much longer it would be. Worst service ever. 25 mins in a drive through for a salad and a bottle of water is ridiculous. read more

Customer service is okay but the time it takes to get you're order is so bad!!!!! Either hire more people or get faster employees.

All i ordered was a large dipped cone. there was one car in front of us and none behind us. when we pulled to the window, no one was there. we waited several minutes just to pay. when we got the cone it looked like shit. I almost returned it on the spot. But i kept it anyways. Big mistake. The ice cream itself didn't taste that bad, if not a little off. The cone tasted like fucking shit. it was stale and hard and like a dumbass i tried to power through it. i didn't finish it because i started to feel a pain in my stomach. read more

There is always flys EVERYWHERE and the bathrooms are filthy but the food is good so that is a plus

Service is really slow all I order was 2 chicken strip meals & it took over 30 minutes. They weren't busy.

Maybe if the six employees there weren't standing in place or talking to each other the whole time I could have gotten the fried chicken sandwich I ordered and been in and out in less than 5 minutes. Instead I got the pleasure of listening to them talk for 10 minutes before walking out with a chicken fried steak in my sandwich instead. Long story short, pick a different fast food joint in the area or just keep driving. read more
