Connor was very friendly and open to help! He made a fairly mediocre ice cream, but he clearly put heart into it! It has a very nice, friendly, and vintage atmosphere, and I certainly can't complain. This is literally the slowest restaurant in town. Their microphone for the drive through hasn't worked in well over a year, so waiting to place your order until you get to the window is painstakingly slow. They have gotten my order wrong on multiple occasions, and it's typically just a blizzard. read more

This DQ is pretty standard among those I've visited. The employees were courteous and customer-friendly, delivering the food to our tables as soon as it was ready. The food (blizzards included) were very good, although my Reese's Outrageous was a little short on Reese's cups, and overflowing with Reese's Pieces. My only complaint from this location is that they did not have napkins readily accessible on the tables or countertops - you have to ask the employees behind the counter for them. read more

A modern miracle. Among the great miracles in history...our lady of guadalupe...fatima....none are as miraculous as this place staying in business. How do they do it? I went in tonight because I was told it was under new management. That may be true but your still getting the same service! A sign was posted saying employees must wear a mask at all times, the manager had no mask on the worker only had hers on her lips. The place looked like it had been robbed, there was trash in the floor behind the counter, about 60 lids they were just walking on. I got my order, it took a while but I understood there was only 2 people working. I ordered 2 large blizzards and a dipped cone. They make the cone first so it has plenty of time to melt while you wait on your blizzards. One was fine, the other was only 3/4 of the way full. I took it back in and asked them to fill it up please, i mean crap I paid 5.00 for the thing. She was rude and put a tiny dab of ice cream in it and handed it back, not even close to being full. I just left, I didn't feel like fighting with her. Come on guys, I just want what I paid for. Just overall the same Dairy Queen I have avoided almost a year ago. Waited I. The drive through 10 mins from when I ordered to get to the window. When I finally got to the window, they didn't have my order so I had to repeat it. I paid and then waited another 15 mins to actually get my food. It was just a chicken salad and a bottle of water. During the 15 mins I waited, not a single person came back to ask if I wanted a refund or to tell me how much longer it would be. All i ordered was a large dipped cone. there was one car in front of us and none behind us. when we pulled to the window, no one was there. we waited several minutes just to pay. when we got the cone it looked like shit. I almost returned it on the spot. But i kept it anyways. Big mistake. The ice cream itself didn't taste that bad, if not a little off. Service is really slow all I order was 2 chicken strip meals & it took over 30 minutes. They weren't busy.

Maybe if the six employees there weren't standing in place or talking to each other the whole time I could have gotten the fried chicken sandwich I ordered and been in and out in less than 5 minutes. Instead I got the pleasure of listening to them talk for 10 minutes before walking out with a chicken fried steak in my sandwich instead.
