I will never come to this Dairy Queen again! I'm guessing this location is struggling financially because they will only put one pump of fudge on your sundae and they don't put 3 layers of fudge on a peanut buster parfait and they do not have chocolate soft serve. When I brought my Sunday to the employee to show her that problem she told me I could pay extra for more fudge. The doctor pepper was also completely flat. read more

I dig this specific Dairy Queen location. The staff is always nice. They took a bit longer with my order the last time I went but I didn't mind waiting. It was during the lunch hour so they were backed up with orders. My go to Blizzard dessert is usually the Oreo Royale. It includes fudge in the middle, along with lots of crushed up Oreos mixed in vanilla ice cream. It's delicious! My son also enjoys this same Blizzard. If you love chocolate as much as I do, this is a must! My bf always enjoys the Butterfinger Blizzard. This is a must if you like chocolate and peanut butter. I'm not really a fan of Butterfinger so I usually skip this dessert. I dispise getting Butterfinger stuck in my teeth! It's true, the Oreos can also get stuck but not as much as BF imo. Their ice cream cakes are also pretty good. They usually have some on hand. You can also order them online. I believe you need to order 48 hours in advance. Getting back to my visit... I also ordered nachos. They were alright. They got soggy pretty quick so I kind of didn't like that. The nachos included lettuce, tomatoes, ground beef and of course lots of liquid cheese and tostadas. This nachos don't travel too well. If you don't like soggy nachos, I would eat them inside or park somewhere. I will definitely come back to this specific location. The food (cheese burgers, tenders, fries) has been fresh & delicious every time! And the blizzards (reeces & pumpkin), dilly bars (cherry), and ice cream sandwiches are all . Special focus on the blizzard- you know how sometimes you get to the bottom of the cup & it's just vanilla ice cream - not here. No one else has walked in the establishment or gone through the drive through. I think they forgot about me. Again. This is true third time his location has done this to me. The one time they had my food bagged up just sitting on he counter. They didn't know what to do with it. Note: as I went in to ask for my food, Luis, the shift leader, was walking out. Understanding my frustration he offered a blizzard for the delayed service. New update: If I'm the only car in the window, why am I being pushed forward to "wait" - every time I have visited this location they do this. Without fail. Is it to make their numbers look better? Because I repeated 3x what I wanted and was asked to clarify my order. Nothing was mentioned when I paid. But again, after being the only car that ordered with no one ahead of me, someone came out after 10 mins to ask what I wanted on my burger. If they worried less about upcharging me on my cheese, then maybe they could have put notes about what exactly I wanted on my burger. Also, what is going on with the size of the triple brownie Sundae? That is the WORST "bang for your buck" I've ever seen. Specifically this location is great! Staff is extremely friendly, helpful and quick! They also offer military discounts- another plus! They really strived to give great customer service, from the cashier to the individual who brings your food to your table. It used to be that families on hot Southern nights early in the evening everyone would jump in the car right after sunset and go 'Sunday driving' with the ultimate end point being the Dairy Queen across town. Us kids were so excited that we'd fight in the back seat and dad would threaten to either beat the daylights out of us or tell us he'd turn around and go home if we didn't shut up. When we finally got there the only thing we'd order was either their soft ice cream or the soft ice cream dipped in chocolate. I don't know if it's the nostalgia or if it's the fact that some things never change but once in a while me and the wife will jump in the car and go to the nearest DQ for ice cream. If you want the best watered down drinks, broken grill, and workers behind the counter be unsanitary look no further than Dairy Queen on Montana. I don't blame the workers for everything breaking but when you can't get chicken strips out in under 5 minutes when you're doing nothing else you have a problem. The chicken strips were bland and distasteful. The only thing good to come out of this was a free blizzard but in the end I wanted a good burger. read more

After having to move to another register because the employee "didn't like" the other cash registers, he then proceeded to kill a bug on the counter directly in front of me with a wet cloth towel that he was still going to use to clean the trays! My friend tells him "you need to throw that towel in the trash" he says "oh yea I'll put it in the sink in a minute" then watched 4 of the 7 employees behind the tiny counter drinking their own personal drinks that were sitting on top of the ice cream machine. Listened to employees call each other bums (dressed in hoodies with their heads covered, mind you it's 97 degrees outside) and play on their headsets ALL were wearing. I love dq. This one is the exception. If you get in the drive through line by mistake you can not get out. If there is a car in front of you, shut your engine. It took about 10 minutes for on vehicle with just a driver. After repeating my order three times, they still got it wrong. They mixed the blizzard so much that the vanilla ice team just turned brown with the chocolate chunks. There were no chunks left. read more

We were just trying to get some snacks after my son's basketball game. My wife and sons all ordered some sort of ice cream contraption and that was delivered quickly and without any issues. My order on the hand was a disaster from the start. All I ordered was a large fountain drink and a large French fry. Somewhere in the ordering exchange it turned out I wanted a large drink and a cookie dough Blizzard. After asking if I needed to grab my own cup the cashier said "oh yeah I'm sorry." After looking at the receipt, I brought it to the same cashiers attention that all I wanted was fries, she then asked me "are you sure?" Anyways, after fixing that and getting a partial refund we waited 25 minutes to get my Texas size fries. Maybe everything in Texas IS bigger, to include cooking time!!! After re-engaging the cashier one last time she asked another employee "you didn't make the fries???" Well, never got the fries, got our money back, and a heartfelt (sarcasm) "sorry."
