I went Thursday 10/30/25 around 8:50ish chairs were put up OPEN sign was off I looked at hours and it said they close until 10 so I go in and ask are you'll still open and the girl cleaning rolls her eyes and just goes back to cleaning I ask can I eat in here she ignored me. I go to make my order and the girl is like ugh what do you want to order with the worst attitude ever i ask for a burrito delux and she's like we don't have that what else you want at this point im fed up with both girl and tell them I rather not eat here anymore you'll need better service they both look at each other and just smirk laughing. Placed an online order this evening expecting a great burger. My order was ready when I arrived. Staff seemed a little new or maybe just tired. The food lacked seasoning actually no seasoning... I will say the shake didn't make it home (yum) and the root beer was fantastic! We will be back of course to give these folks another shot. read more

A sentimental favorite, this location has deteriorated beyond all acceptable standards! We were there on Friday 11/14 for some simple menu treats. They had no fruit toppings, no hot fudge, and therefore unable to provide basic standard treat menu items (sundaes and parfaits). Will have think hard and long before trying them again. read more

In the area for a conference and this place was near by. My mistake, I should have read the reviews BEFORE!! However, what I did get, did taste good! While not a diamond in the rough, it was more of a shiny diamond flake in a dump truck of sand. I've been eating at DQ most of my life (my belly size is proof), this one was up near the running for worst service ever! Order wasn't correct or complete and I should have driven back to talk to management. I don't think the management looks at these reviews, so HOPEFULLY the people about to go will look and be prepared. My order was Hunger Buster combo with cheese, large size fries and coke plus a corn dog (my dessert). As I pull up to the window and paid, the woman mention I got a dairy treat with my order and rattled off some options. I picked the Dilly Bar (ice cream dipped in chocolate for those thinking it had something to do with Bud Light). After a couple of minutes, she ask that I park in front and she'd bring the order out. Nine minutes later, out came the order. (Fast food? I think they were waiting for the potatoes to grow before frying them.) She handed me the order and I rushed back to the meeting. I reached into the sack of hot food to grab the Dilly Bar before it melted after I drove out on the street. It wasn't melted as it wasn't in the sack. As I didn't originally plan on it, not really a problem as my straining belt was thankful. Once I pulled into the meeting location parking lot and saw I had time to eat, I pulled out the other items and noticed, no corn dog. Now, I wasn't happy. I looked into the sack and realized the small order of fries were upside down in the sack and all over the bag (maybe I did that feeling around for corn dog and Dilly Bar). I pulled out the Hunger Buster and realized no cheese. I loved the taste of the burger and the few fries that were given to me were really tasty. Those gave some stars. First the drive through line process is messed up and doesn't make sense. There were two workers, when we went to get our food. The restaurant was dirty. Windows were dirty. Now to the food portion of this review. Drive through line took 20 minutes. Food was sloppy and soggy ice cream was melted. I was very disappointed. This place is ridiculous. I'm in the service industry, and I NEVER review places online. There's so much bs that goes on in foodservice. Trust me, I know all the behind the scenes stuff. The order was put in at 1:06pm. I received my order at 1:29pm. The cashier/food runner with red braids doesn't need to be in the front of house. Her people skills are terrible. Aside from moving at a snails pace.. The passbar window was beyond packed with food orders.. The drive thru was trailing out into the street.. No wonder this place only has a 2 star rating.. It's important to note that the 23 minute wait time I had to endure was all for an order of 1 burger, one order of fries and a sweet tea. Could you imagine if I had a family of 3 to feed? Things have changed. We waited for 28 minutes for an order of ice cream tonight. 2 dip cones, 2 mini blizzards and a peanut buster parfait. The folks in front of us were upset due to the wait. The people after us were upset about the wait. I worked at a DQ myself for 4 years as a teenager and there is no excuse for what happened. There was even an adult on duty. This place is imploding. First things first the only reason why I gave one star is because you have to give a rating. I ordered this dairy Queen through doordash first it took an hour to get to me and once I got it what I got was a disgrace in the full sense of the word. When I open up the burger I noticed that black stuff was hanging off the burger I thought it was like burnt bacon or something but it was cheese. I've never had black cheese before I don't know if there's some new Halloween gimmick that they have going but yeah black cheese on the burger! I've been to this store 3 times in the last week for some ice cream. I always pull in front of the store to watch the activity of the employees. Then I wonder where is management? Here's my problem. There is a virus that is spread thru human interactions. As a result, I am looking for all safeguards and precautions to be in place. They are partially wearing the mask. But they are not wearing gloves or washing their hands after exchanging money and preparing the order. If management reads this, please correct this problem. Once we get to the window and we pay the cashier says it will be a 15 minutes wait, is that ok? Well you could have told me that BEFORE I pay not after. DQ is the place to get your blizzard fix. It's nestled in between a few businesses. It's got a cramped drive through. There have been times when we had to drive off because cars were snaking out into the street. We had to go into the restaurant when they were having problems with their speakers. We figured it wouldn't take long and it didn't. The inside has been updated. They should probably do the same to the outside. It looks like the drive thru window is about to fall off the hinge. The inside, though new, was very dirty. There was like some sort of scum, possibly from the mop splattering against the bottom of the cabinets, tables, etc. There's some sort of gunk. I can't say what kind of gunk but it lines the bottom of condiment area. Tables were sticky. We didn't sit because we couldn't find a clean spot. The restaurant wasn't packed. The drive thru was. Typically I have decent service when I go to Dairy Queen, but this particular day made every experience I had with Dairy Queen horrible. I was going to go to the drive-through but it was pretty long so I decided to park and went inside. As I walked in I could see the look on Tierra face, which had a disgusting looking, almost as if she farted and she knew it smelled. Nonetheless, I knew my order was gonna be small and quick and I would be in and out. I ordered three items which two were made immediately and the other was a small fry. I was in the Dairy Queen waiting for about 15 minutes for a small order of fries! In between my wait, I saw Tierra taking orders, she had an attitude the whole time, the only time she smiled was whenever she was giving them their items. I guess she was glad to get them out of her face. As the cooks were pushing out orders I could hear the guy in the back letting them know orders were ready. On one order I could hear Tierra specifically say y'all take it to them, but she seemed to be the runner for both the cashier and the food orders. At that time she was doing NOTHING but standing their with her nasty look. On one order she didn't even take it to them she just called out the number multiple times for them to come. The manager was taking out drive-through orders to folks who were in line and parked, so I don't know what Tierra's problem was. She wasn't having to take those orders outside. This experience left me with disgust like her look and I won't plan to visit here anymore because it Tierra and her bad attitude and I used to like Dairy Queen.
