Staff is very nice at this location! We stopped here during Thanksgiving break while traveling. Food was good as always. I like their steak fingers. The lady at the front was very kind and helpful. Yesterday my family and I stopped for a treat at this location. It was lunchtime and there were many school kids, so it was very busy. Despite the crowd, we received our order fairly quickly, I think because we just ordered desserts, not meals. Right after we got our order, a young girl, who appeared to be with her elderly grandparents, asked the manager (I believe) about their order. They had been waiting since before we arrived, and we got our order before they did. It was a legit question. But the manager got angry and threatened to call the cops. The manager said the school kids were a priority and she would just call her brother, who is a cop, if they had a problem with it. I have no idea what could have warranted that response from the manager. There was no yelling or any sort of aggression, just a question. I was horrified. My family and I left...we just wanted a treat, not drama. I don't know what happened afterwards, but no one deserves that kind of treatment. read more

Sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes while the workers inside play and talk on the phone . No hair nets and they could care less about the line of customers outside and inside. Ordered a chicken strip basket to go they told me 5 min went to pick up in 5 and it was ready but evidently had been sitting there a while because it was cold and nasty. Don't waste your time!! Only left one star because you can't go any lower. We have been coming here for YEARS, and I mean years, I'm 25 and my parents used to bring us as kids. The cook today August 2, 2019 after 7 PM, was a rude, ugly woman. Three people before us complained their gravy was water, not to my surprise mine came out as water too. When told about the gravy she replied 'that's not my fucking problem' she said she couldn't do anything about it. Well hate to say we know the owners and contacted them and corporate. I know there isn't a lot of options in these small towns but save yourself the frustration and eat in your car at sonic. These teenagers have no idea what they're doing when it comes to work and it shows. I hope the owner cleans up house because we will not be coming back until they do and will be telling our friends to stay clear as well! read more

This Crane, TX location is a disgrace to the Dairy Queen name. This place is literally the worst place I've eaten. The gravy is water with a little white coloring and some pepper. When asked for it to be remade I was told by the cook she can't do anything about it, it's not here problem it's 8:53pm on Friday August 2nd. We drove 35 minutes to eat in this shit hole. Staff is on and off. One day you'll get great service and the next it will be terrible, very in consistent to say the least. Tonight we waited about ten minutes to have our order taken.. which would've been fine had there been a line but we were the only ones in the place, the four people working were worried about the drive through and not the people standing at the counter. You never know how service is going to be at Dairy Queen. It used to be better, but the employees who worked hard left. Now most of them are young high school students. They don't seem to care about working and are too busy goofing off or on their phones. Sometimes they leave the phone off the hook so people can not call in orders.
