Medium Coffee; the Supervisor (?) said she would make it, but went to the coffee urn and filled the cup. Received no Poutine We took part of the order back and then received: After it was sent back to the kitchen, we got the same Whopper with a slice of cold cheese added; we were charged $1.00 for it, after it had been asked for when the order was originally placed. The Whopper was now completely cold, and the bun had become soggy; absolutely the worst Whopper ever. After a couple of bites, it was thrown it in the trash bin. The Fries were corrected to Large size; they weren't hot, but were "ok". We had to go back a third time to get the Poutine; they argued that it was not ordered, and wanted to see the receipt. It was definitely was ordered, and paid for. Finally, we got the poutine, but then everything else was cold.
