We saw a gorgeous dessert come out towards the end of our meal so naturally, I asked the bartender about it. She said it was meant to be an evening special, I would ask if it was available for sale. After having it photograph, the chef came and delivered it personally. Much like his vision of a cheeseburger this dessert was flawless.
