The store is your average store but the attitude of one person makes all the difference. The moment…read moreI entered a gentleman said "we close in 10 minutes" and I said ok I will be out even earlier than 5 minutes later he came to me and said we close in 5 minutes, by then I had grabbed what I needed and I came to checkout and rather than saying thank you for acknowledging me and looked down and kept checking his items, his body language was super rude and disrespectful, A lady on another counter called and said she will check me out. She was smiling and helpful and said it's fine even if I was late. Anyways disappointing experience.

This store clearly needs a capable manager. 4pm on a Saturday and one cashier. An extremely long…read moreline had formed though the literal center of the store. The single cashier on not only didn't call for assistance to help checkout and clear the long line, but she proceeded to spend 22 minutes (I was in a call while I waited, so I had a handy timer going on my phone to keep track) with ONE customer. Why, you may ask? Well, predominantly, because she seemed intent on removing each item from the shopping cart, one by one and telling the customer about each item and its positive features. I mean, great, but they're already buying the windshield guard, you don't need to unfold it and tell them how great it is .... Especially when there are 10+ people waiting to check out and you're the only cashier. To make matters more aggravating, there were other employees sort of milling around the cash registers. One lady appeared to be casually stalking shopping bags while actively watching the line backup. No idea what the other one was doing, but she eventually she wandered off. After a good 17 minute wait (again, I was on the phone so I had an active timer) the lady stocking bags eventually got on a registers and started ringing people out, but it seemed like it was a grudging last resort. We went in because my wife wanted to look for a new pair of pants for our 14 year old, but value of the pair she found for him was not worth that wait. She didn't want to just put them down and walk out, so we did wait but I could (and did) find the same damn pair of pants for $1.65 cheaper on Amazon. That wait was 100% not worth the $1.65 savings... And people wonder why box retail is a dying industry? Also, if you were wondering, by the time we left , the original cashier was STILL with the original customers she was checking out when we got to the line. She was still going though the shopper's items and commenting on them. At the time she appeared to have pulled a necklace out of its box and was talking about it. Not sure if the store is in the middle of a management transition, or what, but I won't be back any time soon, that's for sure.
