The service and the coffee here were delicious and excellent; and the people and atmosphere at this nice mall were very relaxing. I am an overseas visitor, and it was a welcome respite as I'd been on my feet all day and for days before as well.
However, I felt compelled to write a review here as I left the cafe completely creeped out. A security guard was pacing back and forth in front of the cafe peering at the customers suspiciously and at one point he didn't like the way I was putting my feet on a chair and actually CAME UP TO ME AND SCOLDED ME!!
Yep. This happened.
I felt like a little kid! Perhaps he thought I wasn't very ladylike. In America, security guards don't patrol malls telling women to remove their feet from plastic furniture as though they are Victorians in polite drawing rooms.
I can't wait to go home, back to the lands of the great unwashed where I apparently belong. Pish posh! read more
