It's tough to find nice plants this late in the season especially after the extreme heat we've had and lack of rain. I didn't see anyone around but saw a sign indicating where to pay. I walked around the area and into several of the greenhouses but still saw nobody. I googled the business and decided to call them. The owner answered the phone as he was off property. He said they had closed early due to the heat. He was very kind and polite. I had not noticed the "closed " sign since everything was so open with tons of plants sitting outside. He offered to take my credit card number over the phone so I was able to pay for the plants I had picked out. I will definitely return...probably in early fall for some more plants.

I really like nurseries because they're full of green and tend to blend into the landscape pretty well. This is right on the road and easy to miss if you're not paying attention... but there are many great plants inside. They also have a nature trail! One thing I was looking for was a suitable bush for a hedgerow, and I only had the latin name given by a gardener we met in Africa. The guy knew the plant and had the common name and recommendations.
