Immediately, the eye candy of the interior design of this spacious restaurant will capture your attention. There are a lot of pretty things to look at, the lighting fixtures, the murals, the attractive colors.... But unfortunately, despite the restaurant being pretty empty around 3pm, we were sat at a dirty table. One member of our party was busily wiping all the food particles and crumbs out of the seats while another member of the party just found another of the many empty tables for our party to sit at. So we changed tables. One member of our party had dirty silverware and had to ask for a replacement. Our server was very, very pleasant! For an appetizer, the Salsa Bravas was ordered. Although the yuca fries were nice and hot, I was disappointed with the accompanying "salsa flight". The "homemade seasonal salsas" were neither very tasty or interesting. The food was plated nicely and looked delicious, but the taste was mediocre in my opinion. Overall, I just didn't enjoy my meal and would not return. There was a mixup with our final bill, but it was quickly resolved.

This was such a delicious meal. We started with the guacamole and salsa. We came at 11am on Mother's Day. It was very quiet when we arrived. The food was delicious, and we were able to make the cauliflower tacos vegan. It's a super clean and bright restaurant. We had a great meal.

Time to praise Dahlia after having been twice for their recently revamped menu. First off - watermelon chamoy salad. Order it. My father hates watermelon, he INHALED this salad. Sweet, salty, savory, a little spicy. We ordered it both visits because it was that good. You can order any of the premium steak sides as stand-alone for $6-8. We also tried the Brussels sprouts which weren't anything special and the chipotle mushrooms which didn't taste anything like chipotle (I don't like chipotle so I would know if that taste were there). The oysters were delicious and well prepared, the bone marrow was good but nothing amazing (the butter was really good though) and the birria empanadas made an excellent breakfast the next day. The carnitas were good, a bit sweeter than I like. The skirt steak with chimichurri was perfectly cooked, tender, and you could really taste the grill char. The molcajete was just ok, the carnitas were buried under a very acidic tomatillo sauce at the bottom and nothing else had a stand out flavor. I did like that the nopales was a whole fresh pad and not the pickled ones from a jar. I definitely recommend anything birria, the steaks, and especially that watermelon salad!

Fantastic Spanish food! We tried the Birria burrito and their enchiladas. Both were fantastic and great flavors! Also, really good portions. Fast customer service and really cool atmosphere.

4.5 stars. I have been here twice in the past three weeks. I am vegetarian, and the first time I came, I ordered the cauliflower tacos--2 soft-shelled tacos that come with delicious deep-fried cauliflower, fresh lettuce and tomato, and yummy green sauce and a little bowl of black beans (the best part of the dish in my opinion. At $12.95, I thought it was maybe a little overpriced, but to my surprise, it was taco Tuesday, so one of our orders was free. We got 4 tacos for just $12.95. That is very reasonable. I came back a few weeks later, and had the same server, Karen. This time Karen was able to have the kitchen make two vegetarian tostadas specially for one of the members of our group even though that was not a menu item. Being willing to go the extra mile to make customers happy, is surprising to find at a restaurant these days. I deducted half a star because although our first set of chips came out piping hot, they were served with very little salsa. We did get another container of salsa when we asked for it, but the second batch of chips did not taste as good as the first, almost like the oil was rancid. Overall, I will be back for their cauliflower tacos on Taco Tuesdays.

Poblano Mac and cheese (not my fave) and plantains!

Boyfriend wanted to try the tomahawk steak. It was $90 and came out seasoned and cooked to perfection. The sauce that came with it was great too. Almost like a spicy Chimichurri. They close at 9 9 on Sundays, but their kitchen does a last call at 9:15. I wouldn't recommend the poblano Mac and cheese aside it wasn't as cheesy and traditional as you would think but that's my preference. I like their new menu and I didn't get a pic of it but the tuna tacos are 10/10!!!

    Vegan option!!

Fun vibrant ambiance and friendly service. The food is delicious and the drinks are large and tasty.

The decor is well thought out, beautiful / bright. The service was good, The tacos were delicious and if you catch them on a Tuesday all tacos are half off which is a great deal. I ordered some queso as well truly was not a fan of it. The Kiwi margarita made up for that though, overall good restaurant definitely recommend checking them out on a Tuesday for a great deal on tacos.

We stopped in here mainly because we had such a wonderful experience at the Dahlia location in Daytona - this location is beautiful and spacious and definitely shows off the investment the owners have made, this building has housed a number of nice restaurants over the years that surprisedly haven't survived. We arrived a little after noon, the place was mostly empty to the point we thought they may have been closed for the holiday but they were open so we decided to have lunch. We were greeted and seated immediately and our server Karen arrived within a moment or two to take our drink order with a basket of chips and a small bowl of salsa, she was friendly but seemed somewhat preoccupied but got through it. The large house margarita was supersized but somewhat underwhelming, the bottles of Dos Equis Amber were ice cold. The food came out rather quickly and was barely lukewarm which was a little disappointing - unfortunately the food was rather bland as well. The service was okay but no interaction or inquiry to see if we needed anything or if the food was okay after the initial order was placed. The staff only appeared from the back to deliver food and as big as this place is I only noticed two other tables occupied and the bar was completely empty - we were hoping for something better, I don't see a need to return with all the other options in the area unfortunately...

    Welcome to Dahlia!

The service is excellent and the employees are very friendly. My one complaint still stands. They make you now buy bottles of water instead of just giving you a glass of tap water. I think that's very unfair because people who eat here sometimes have to save a little bit of money. So sometimes they don't buy drinks because drinks could add 30% or more to your bill. This is the only place I know where they won't give you a glass of tap water because they want to make money off of everything. That aside I love the food here and will obviously continue to eat here but I won't buy drinks here for that specific reason. To me it takes away from the Integrity of a restaurant that will not offer tap water but make you buy bottled water. If I buy a bottle of their tap water for a buck 50 I can go next door to perrine's and buy a whole case for four bucks.

But I must say that this place is absolutely fantastic and authentic. The ambience is very family oriented and I would recommend eating there so you can enjoy your food hot and just take in the whole ambience all together. I have ordered the guacamole from here which is absolutely off the charts. The guacamole is made with the freshest ingredients, and I was amazed that I left it in my fridge for overnight and then came back to it the next day and it was still fresh. I also have ordered their street tacos with chicken and carne asada -- absolutely amazing! if you're ever at home contemplating if you should make a home-cooked meal and perhaps you don't feel like doing it, you should totally come over here and buy a meal because it taste homemade!

This particular one we went to two days in a row. We almost always get the chimichanga, but this visit we tried a few other menu items. We liked the atom bombs which are kind of like a jalapeño popper flauta as a starter. I got their tacos which I enjoyed, even more so because they're hard shells and it's not that easy finding places that do that outside of Taco Bell. For dessert we tried the churro fries with chocolate sauce and they did not disappoint! Would be nice to have a chain in GA, but until then we'll continue to carve out at least one visit every trip.

Well, it was about what I would expect from a fast food franchise type place. First off, the chips were very flat and plain. No seasoning, no salt, no crunch. The salsa seemed fresh but watery. My taco was ok but there was way too much paprika on the fish which threw off the taste. The fish itself was flaky, well-cooked but it was overwhelmed by the topping. The one saving feature of the taco were the pickled onions. Now those were done well. As for the rest of the meal, the portions were small which was ok since I didn't like the rice or the beans. Again, not a lot of good flavors. No real seasoning to the rice which was dry, and the beans were lackluster. I've had Tijuana Flats before from a different location and was sorely disappointed by this one.

It is conveniently located on Ridgewood Avenue close to the intersection of Ridgewood Avenue and Dunlawton Avenue. I guess that one would not expect good Mexican food slung out of a side window of a gas station, but the food here is pretty good and the price for most of the items is pretty good, though a single taco is a bit gigh at around three dollars ($2.99 to be exact). While the price is decent, the taco was a bit light on the meat and I believe that it was an additional dollar to upgrade to carne asada. I had a chimichanga, which was the daily special. The chimichanga itself wasn't bad, but the rice and beans were terrible. I could swear the black beans the chimichanga came with was straight out of a can. Their sauces and salsa were mediocre, as well. The service was friendly and they had a few outside tables to enjoy your meal. All in all, not a bad meal. However, it was nothing spectacular, either.
