I am sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision…read more I was charged over $6,000 for dental services at this location and experienced multiple quality issues shortly after treatment. A temporary crown was improperly secured and came off the following day while eating soft food. The permanent crown required remaking due to incorrect measurements, and several fillings began breaking apart within one day of placement. Because of these issues, I now need to seek care from another dentist to evaluate and correct work that was recently completed. I also experienced ongoing administrative and back-office issues that contributed to poor communication and errors during my treatment. The dental hygienist was professional and did provide good care. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location. I am pursuing review through my dental insurance and providing documentation from my current dentist regarding the condition of the work performed.

I went in because of some serious pain, Dr. Bulman spent quite a bit of time with me discussing treatment options and making me feel comfortable about the decision. I left with an appointment with an oral surgeon and meds to keep me pain free. The next day (friday after hours) I was in so much pain I couldn't function and was certainly not going to make it two more days until my surgery. I called the "on call" number and within 10 minutes Dr Moon had opened the office just for me and took care of my issue within an hour. I am feeling much better now and he even called to check on me at 9pm on a friday night. I have never been a fan of dentists but this group is truly the best in the industry. I just wish I would have like in May. Also, for being a new patient they were able to get me in right away. His entire staff is so professional, amazing, & understanding! Dr Schommer is a caring dentist, friendly, and has amazing bedside or chair manners! I have several things that I need done, but unfortunately since I'm moving in two weeks- I can't get them all done here. His turn around time in crowns is typically a week, he even fixed a crown that popped off from t12/2024 and was able to replace it w/ my new crown next to it. He is so knowledgeable and has up to date dentistry. He had to extract a baby tooth on the other side and he made sure that I was comfortable as well as numbed. It was not an easy extraction, I have normal soreness from 9/2/25, but nothing compared to previous dentists.
