The orthodontist called me and said that this office was trying to sell me the "Cadillac of treatment" when it wasn't necessary. She consulted a pediatric dentist who confirmed crowns are not recommended at his age, let alone a whole mouth full. She said to never go back to this place and recommended another office for a 2nd opinion. The dentist who did the 2nd opinion recommended many fillings (which we knew) and only one crown, totaling around $5,000 out of pocket. We will never return and would never recommend this office to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would.

He let it go for a week or so, and, then it started to cause him pain. The pain escalated pretty quickly and it was spreading. This was on a Monday evening when it started to look to me like it might be getting infected. I persuaded him to go to the ER that night. I also got online to see what dentist we could call. No one had after hours but Midwest Dentistry had early hours and I left a message explaining the problem and requesting they call us in the morning and let us know if we could come to them on Tuesday morning. We did go to the ER Monday night and an infection was confirmed. He was given an antibiotic and some pain meds to get him through the night. Tuesday morning Midwest Dental called us and said they could see him right away. I know this is a long review, but I felt a little background was needed. Anyway, my parents and I were VERY impressed with Dr Sheezan and his staff. The receptionist, Robin, I think and Nicole, the doctors assistant were so helpful and pleasant. They answered all of our questions. Dr Sheezan was able to pull the remainder of the tooth and give my dad much relief. They accepted him into their services because of our emergency and they offered continuing services to my dad. Dr Moon and Dr Bulman are both great! They take the time and make you feel like you are their only…read morepatient. I went in because of some serious pain, Dr. Bulman spent quite a bit of time with me discussing treatment options and making me feel comfortable about the decision. I left with an appointment with an oral surgeon and meds to keep me pain free. The next day (friday after hours) I was in so much pain I couldn't function and was certainly not going to make it two more days until my surgery. I called the "on call" number and within 10 minutes Dr Moon had opened the office just for me and took care of my issue within an hour. I am feeling much better now and he even called to check on me at 9pm on a friday night. I have never been a fan of dentists but this group is truly the best in the industry.
