The office is so nice, I love how they have bird feeders outside the windows so you can watch the local wildlife while you're waiting to begin any procedures. I never use flouride because it breaks my mouth out in blisters. Then they billed me for it. My insurance does not cover flouride and they know that. They should be required to ask before doing this.

Guess what the hygienist found during my intake exam? Early signs of gum disease. Then a saleslady came in and told me that she'd been on the phone with my insurance company, so I would only have to pay 50% of the cost to use lasers to kill bacteria in my gums. Only $1000 bucks out of pocket, which is nothing for peace of mind, right? I had already heard the saleslady give the same rap to someone in a nearby cubicle. He must have filled out his new patient form the same way I did--no interest in whiter straighter chompers. I had to ask the saleslady more than once to leave me alone and let me get my teeth cleaned. The two hours I spent at 21st Century Dental were an unholy collision of dentistry and high-pressure car sales. I will never go back.
