Prior to painting, a sheetrock craftsman provided the referral for David Perez. In short, David and his crew were nothing short of, spectacular. They worked hard and consistently for 5 days in a row. Their preparation was meticulous. And the final product was perfection. Painting included 2 coats of paint for all ceilings, walls, baseboards, trim, all kitchen cabinets and the entire garage. They were attentive to details for any concerns I had. They were also a pleasure and fun to work with throughout the entire process. He was charging by the hour, and taking advantage of that fact. After two hours of spending too much time outdoors when the job was indoors, he had accomplished nothing. What he did accomplish was filling nail holes with caulking!! Well, Stephen and one of his employees showed up and WOWED us from start to finish!!! My husband was home and too was very impressed with the quality of work, the speed of the work, the obvioius pride of workmanship AND the price!!! I called Stephen and asked him for a quote for paiting double doors. He quoted me a very fair price and even offered to come over quicker than I expected. When he arrived, he saw it was a bigger job than he had realized as the double doors had never been painted and the previous guy used caulking all over like a kid with finger paints!! I didn't know how hard it was to sand down until these guys explained...and it made sense!! We also asked about another small drywaill repair. Stephen went out of his way to get a small piece of drywall and he rushed back and fixed it. He also took a sample of the paint and dropped it off at Dunn Edwards who matched up the paint almost perfectly!! These guys were so amazing!! Don't bother calling the "other guys" with lots of good reviews!! I'm wondering how many are fake now!! Apparently Stephen has been in business for a while as he has Olive Garden's account all the way to Yuma!!! I'm shocked they weren't rated before me!!

Unfortunately this came to a startling halt. When we made the decision on our colors it was made very clear that we wanted Dunn Edwards. This was very well known and samples for provided to us in the large block samples. Since things are pretty busy out there, Robin asked if we would not mind giving those back once work began as they may need them for other customers at some point. We didn't think anything of it and so we offered to give those back. Looking back we really wish we had never done that. You'll find out why. We went through the process of getting our colors approved. Colors requested were approved through HOA to be Dunn Edwards. We set the date for our paint to get done. We were super excited as this was a big purchase for us on our home that we plan to stay in to retire in. We've never done a big purchase like this on a home that we have owned since we got married. So as you can expect this is pretty exciting for us. So starts the process, and make it busy doing the patchwork and getting prepared to put the paint on. We were never informed of any need to substitute to an alternate brand, in other words to color match. Two of the four colors are not terrible, but not 100%.The other two are completely wrong. We tried to address this, but had no resolve. They made the choice to proceed with color matching outside of the brand chosen, and won't take responsibility for the fact that they didn't come close to matching at all. Yet, they want payment in full. They never cleared the alternative brand with us, and just tried to pull a fast one on us, hoping we wouldn't notice. Well, we noticed. Sherwin Williams doesn't equal Dunn Edwards. Not even close. Such a shame.
