I live in USA and wanted to buy orchids for my friend. In Colombia. At the last minute I found this online store. But I wanted to send it as a surprise and I did not know that the address of my friend was not current. I got amazingly quick. Notice that delivery was taking place. But they needed to confirm the address. Since it did not seem to exist finally, I asked my friend and indeed her address had changed. The delivery person very kindly went to the new address and delivered it there. I really appreciate that they went to 2 different places due to my era and still delivered the most beautiful orchids on time for her birthday. My friend has so many orchids, but she said these were very beautiful and had a lot of flowers. I am extremely happy with the service. And the flowers and the prize too. I wish they had a shop in california and new york!! Thank you so much for a fantastic experienc read more

To: daFlores Customer Service / Operations Management Subject: Formal Grievance: Order #1365787 - Logistics Failure and Professional Accountability To the daFlores Management Team, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding Order #1365787, which was placed on May 7th. Despite your company's promises of reliable international floral delivery, this experience has been characterized by a complete lack of professional execution and accountability. Specifically, I am lodging this complaint based on the following three failures: Failure of Delivery: The order was not delivered on the date requested. This was a time-sensitive commitment that your service failed to honor. Lack of Logistics Transparency: It has become evident through my interactions with your team that daFlores lacks direct, real-time communication with your local delivery partners. As a customer, I expected a managed service, but instead received an unmonitored relay that left the status of my order in a "black hole." Dishonest and Generic Support Responses: Upon reaching out for a resolution, I was provided with a generic, "canned" response that used Mother's Day as an excuse for the delay. This is factually unacceptable, as the requested delivery date did not fall on the holiday. Using a high-traffic holiday as a blanket excuse for a non-holiday delivery is a transparent attempt to avoid responsibility for your own logistical shortcomings. I did not pay for a list of excuses; I paid for the delivery of a product on a specific date. Because daFlores failed to provide the service as advertised and responded with irrelevant templates rather than solutions, I am requesting a full refund of the purchase price immediately. I expect a personalized confirmation that this refund has been processed and a genuine explanation--not a script--as to why your logistics failed so significantly in this instance. Regards, Eddie Rios read more

Great service and a quality product, our family really enjoyed the beautiful arrangement. Will use again. Thank you.

I live in U.S.A. and a made an internacional order. The delivery was punctual with no issues.

First class service from start to finish. I was a bit nervous at first, having never sent flowers abroad before, but the delivery was faultless and the bouquet arrangement absolutely gorgeous, and not overly expensive either. Thank you for helping me to make my girl feel so special. read more

I wanted to make my mom feel special on her birthday, especially since I was so far away from her. I was a little hesitant about ordering from an online company I had never tried before, not knowing what the final result would look like, but the bouquet was hand delivered right on time, and it was gorgeous- just like the picture online. Everyone that has seen the bouquet is amazed at the large size and beauty of the arrangement. I will definitely use this service again for special occasions. read more

daFlores - Florists Near Me - Doral, Florida

I was very disappointed because I paid $75 for an 18 rose arrangement with long stem roses and baby breaths to Guayaquil, Ecuador. Instead a tiny arrangement with 12 rose was delivered. It was exchanged, after complaining and sending photos, by an 18 rose longer stem arrangement but no baby breaths. It resembled roses bought from the street and placed in a vase. Not what we would expect from a florist and certainly not matching the photo 3-370USEN. Most unfortunate is that it was embarrassing for us to give this arrangement as a birthday gift. I will not be ordering from daFlores again. read more

The application process to get flowers and other accessories are very simple but the end result is amazing. My lady was totally surprised and impressed with how beautiful the balloons, candle, candy and especially the red roses of flowers. I was surprised by how quickly the company delivered everything. I ordered Saturday night and it was delivered Sunday morning. Outstanding service!!! read more

I have used you guys for years now and ALWAYS happy with the deliveries and arrangements. I have sent with you to Colombia and to Ecuador and never had any issues or reasons to complaint. Love your services and prices and relatively fair. I wish you were to offer pastry and cakes. Love your services, including customer service chat and email. I love the communication, by always informing step by step of the order. Please do not change anything, you guys are A+. CariBlanco read more

I had a bad experience with the purchase I made this Mother's Day. I ordered red flowers, but they sent orange ones; I requested a balloon that said "Happy Mother's Day," but it arrived with a different message; and the delivery was scheduled for May 9, 2026, but it arrived a day early. Everything was terrible. read more

The worst online place to order flowers--don't take the risk. The flowers delivered did not match the catalog picture in type, quantity, or size. What I received was far below what was advertised and nowhere near worth the price. Customer support washes their hands by claiming that "variations may occur," but what they delivered clearly does not reflect what was promoted on the website. Very disappointing experience. Muy decepcionante. read more

I ordered flowers and a card. The flowers came and the card didn't. The flowers will be remembered after they are gone, but the card will be kept, so half of the gift I sent didn't even arrive. Afterwards, they said they would send it out separately. It never was sent. After that, communication ceased. No one has responded to me. I placed another order two weeks ago, set for today. We will see how it goes. read more

The flowers looked similar to the ones in the picture, however de bouquet itself was completely different! It didn't resemble the one that I ordered at all. Photo of flowers purchased compared to what is actually delivered has steadily degraded over the years. I did not care that US$ 40 - 100 dollar flowers locally were double and triple the delivered price. Gradually degrading in service. . . This last delivered arrangement for US$129 however is too far below standards. I sent a picture of their beautiful 18 rose multicolored arrangement and compared it to the six (6) multi-color roses with a variety of other pretty flowers. The purpose was to send 18 roses. After some back and forth email and sending pictures they asked for more photos. I'm done with daFlores. Buyer beware: check what daFlores actually sends vice what you expected. worse place ever to order flowers save your money they give you a order that is not what you saw in the picture they dont give the order complete lets say if you order a chocolate or a pin they don't add it, also they dont answer the phone when you try to call read more

Have used them several times. Decent flowers but always delivered late. The last experience was the last time I will purchase from them. Purchased sunflowers. They were literally dead the very next day. Sent pictures - told not their fault. Really? I had purchased many times and never complained. They offered a 15% discount and a box of chocolates for the "inconvenience"... I had to write them 2 months later asking where the discount was. They credited my card the $8.99 and forget about the chocolates. When you are buying flowers for a loved one abroad - you expect them to see the love that you send the flowers with. Daflores clearly does not care. Won't buy from them again. read more

"I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with [daflores]. I ordered a birthday gift for my wife, which included flowers, strawberries with chocolate, and a balloon. After paying online and receiving confirmation, I was shocked to learn that the order was canceled because they allegedly did not have the products in stock. This was never communicated to me, and I had to find out on my own. When I contacted customer service, I was met with unhelpful responses and no effort to resolve the situation. They offered no alternatives or compensation, leaving me with no gift to give my wife on her special day. This lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable and incredibly disappointing. l expected better service, especially for such an important occasion. I hope [daflores] takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their customer service to prevent this from happening to others." read more

Awful service. I ordered since February to be delivered on May 10th.
