Having dueling pianos instead of a DJ/band is a great way to get all your guests involved and set your wedding apart from others. They really put on a show and had all our guests either singing or dancing along. For us, it really took the pressure out of feeling like we needed to "entertain" our guests because dueling pianos was the entertainment. Our guests have not stopped talking about our wedding reception. At one point Jeff and Rhiannon had all the men (and I mean all of them) on the dance floor serenading me (while I sat on the piano) with "You've Lost That Loving Feeling"...it was a highlight of the night. Not only do they provide the general entertainment of the night they also provide MC services and come with DJ music that can be played during your ceremony, cocktail hour, first dances, etc. Part of what makes their show so great and why our guests had so much fun singing and dancing was that they took song requests throughout the entire night. I can't end this post without also mentioning just how wonderful Jeff and Rhiannon are outside of their amazing talent. After our initial meeting my husband and I literally felt like they were our friends and we needed to get a happy hour on the books. After our wedding, we still feel the same. By the time the wedding rolled around, a lot of our guests and wedding party knew him- they were like "Look, there's Darrell, lets go get a picture!" She does do encouragement and make believe play/magic for the kids but I would say this is great for younger kids under 5 years old. There was a bearded dragon in the show but the kids were not allowed to pet it. The face painting and balloons were fun additions but did not keep all kids engaged enough as they had to wait in line. I just don't think the entertainment was a good fit for what we were looking for.

In the year leading up to our wedding day, Cassie provided a high quality of services including periodic check-ins and to-do lists to help us stay on track, multiple venue walkthroughs, logistical communication with vendors, and leading our rehearsal. Throughout this period, Cassie brought to our attention many tiny details that could have spiraled into a bigger problem if there was no one to point it out to us -- including making sure tables were an adequate size, how various elements would need to move across the space during a room transition to avoid problems or delays, and various aspects of cleanup and takedown we hadn't accounted for -- and suggested helpful solutions. By our wedding day itself, Cassie had made sure every vendor knew exactly when and where they were needed. This meant that absolutely no one came to me or my wife with questions or problems. Even when the zipper of my dress ripped completely open and I thought everything was going to be a disaster, Cassie and her assistant were able to keep me calm and collected while we waited for the necessary help to arrive. If this hangup affected the schedule of the day, or if our vendors faced any other issues throughout the event, my wife and I were kept blissfully unaware. If I had to do it all over, we would absolutely hire Cassie and her team again. In fact, we'd probably upgrade our package to get even more of her expert help. We had the most wonderful "Mirabel" Encanto-themed party at the Painted Palace/Seattle's…read morePrincesses. Our daughter had such a magical time celebrating her 6th birthday, and it was honestly worth every penny. Our guests commented on how great Mirabel was with all of the kids ("Disneyland-level great!"). She was such a gem- Upbeat, fun, and genuine. I really can't say enough good things about her- she WAS Mirabel. The host also did a great job with the event flow, and was very sweet and helpful. Set-up got a little sweaty during the 15min set-up window because we brought decorations that required hanging, and the host jumped in to help. There was plenty of space for all our guests and it was SO nice not having to host at our home. We would recommend this venue to anyone wanting a princess party. There are multiple rooms at the venue, some decorated very beautifully for photos, and the others for food and crafts. The craft was my daughter's favorite portion of the day (the kids made hand butterflies and it was a hit!), along with dancing to Encanto music, having cupcakes, being crowned an "honorary Madrigal" and hugging Mirabel. Thank you again to Mirabel and your staff! The joy on our daughter's face says it all!
