We needed SOS form completed due to the old type of the title. Same came on-site and reduced offered price by 1/2 based on some nonsense "findings". Then we called Easy Tow. They offered us a very fair price and had no concerns around signing of the SOS form. Max was great to deal with. He provided great communication about the process and where the driver was, and we always knew what was happening on the day of the pickup. Easy Tow deals in cash, as the company name states, which is great. The driver did run a slightly short of what was offered, but that was fixed with a quick run to a neighborhood ATM ( who wants to run around Chicago with a ton of cash these days, right? ). I cannot recommend this business and Max enough. When our second 20+ year car decided she had enough, calling Max and Easy Tow will be our first stop.

I started researching used car buying services in the Chicago area. I found Enrique on Yelp and made a call. The car runs great but the mileage is high. When I called Enrique I knew I was in good hands. I had priced my car online so I had an idea what to expect. After we spoke, he gave me an appraisal over the phone, which was more than fair. It was actually more than I considered getting for the car. The buyer came to my office to purchase the car the very next day and was very professional. He verified the information that I gave him by phone, paid me in cash and removed the vehicle. That evening I was at the dealership with cash in hand! We finally tried Enterprise, since we were again renting a car from them. We were lucky enough to talk to Johnathan when we first got there. He was knowledgeable as to their stock and showed us three SUV's that had all we wanted but were reasonably priced. I thought they were all great looking cars, clean and well maintained and relatively low mileage for rental cars. We took a test drive in the one that I liked. We couldn't decide so we thought we would come back another day. We went to lunch and over lunch we picked the one we liked the best and then went right back to purchase the vehicle. The process was not only no hassle but the car was exactly what we wanted. This was to be a vehicle for me and I had had leather seats and loved them. Guess what? Enterprise can re-cover the seats! We were able to get heated leather seats and Lo Jack installed. Also we have a free 3 month subscription of Sirius XM. We had to wait a few days but it wasn't long. We didn't finance the car so I can't say how well that goes but our purchase experience was the easiest and most enjoyable. Isaac made the paper work go smoothly. I would recommend Enterprise Car Sales for good customer service as well as a large selection of newer cars at really good prices. The whole experience was easy and actually enjoyable.
