The second time I put them there for two nights I put them in a smaller kennel without video because I knew that everything was going well. It's a relief knowing that I can plan trips and have my dogs stay somewhere that they're familiar with, are well treated, and socializing.

We recently had to have our beloved twelve year old lab euthanized. Dr Wayne patiently and gently explained what would happen, and he sat on the floor with us and our dog throughout the procedure. It was a difficult time for us, but we will be forever appreciative of his compassion, patience, and support. I thought I was helping the cat for presurgical exam and shots at least. they care more about money than helping your pet, they all nice and lying to your face. my dogs and cats will now be going to this vet again.

Ally and Mary taught us how to read her body language, advocate for her and most of all they trained US and Molly. Molly went with them for 3 weeks and came back nearly a new dog. She is now confident, goofy, social (to her comfort level) and most of all, she is happy! I cannot express how grateful I am to have Bark and Soul in our lives. I always am concerned about health and safety of the dogs when they're away but they came home just as happy and well balanced as when I drop them off. They use Facebook quite a bit which I'm not a Facebook person but they posted regular pictures so we could see what they were doing at any time of day. Their business is monitored by security cameras so I felt pretty safe that they could see what was going on in and around the property. If I can describe it in one word it's kind of like a home away from home. I would recommend.

He does not look like or smell like he's been bathed at all. I was told he was. His nails are still long and they said that they couldn't finish his head because he had too many knots. There are none. They're all under his chin that they didn't get and the bottoms of Pauze were not finished shaved. The further that did not get cut it still filthy. I will never bring him back there and then they charge more than they quoted the lucky I didn't go back to pay them and not my roommate because I'll tell you what they wouldn't have got paid. everything could be improved as for the answer from the owner I was only told one time to bring him to a vet and that was at the very end when we picked him up not multiple times everything you said on there was wrong.
