We want to acknowledge the many positive interactions we have had over the past few years at Shore…read moreHaven Veterinary Hospital with Dr Wayne, Jun, Brianna, Jade and Dani. We recently had to have our beloved twelve year old lab euthanized. Dr Wayne patiently and gently explained what would happen, and he sat on the floor with us and our dog throughout the procedure. It was a difficult time for us, but we will be forever appreciative of his compassion, patience, and support. I took in a stray cat over the winter, of course she had 4 healthy kittens in my attic.! so I found…read moreall the kittens homes when they were 8 weeks, and needed to get the cat to the vet for shots and to get spayed asap. so I got an appointment, waited in the waiting room with the cat for over an hour. they took some blood, and they didn't give her any shots, and didn't spay her, but charged me 279.$ for a Giardia test that didn't even say how much it was. standard test in Connecticut is 30-100$ max,. she wasn't even sick! with 110.$ visit fee and 10. waste charge, it was 400! they totally ripped us off and didn't do anything they said. I thought I was helping the cat for presurgical exam and shots at least. they care more about money than helping your pet, they all nice and lying to your face. my dogs and cats will now be going to this vet again.
