Then he called us at work, sounding drunk in the middle of the day, and threatened to take our house and have his friends in the sherriffs office remove us if we didn't pay. We had to refinance our house, and even though we paid the creep in full, he still tried to sue us and take our house. We shared our experience with some of our friends and found out that we aren't the only ones he's done this to.

Professionally dressed. Thorough with his review of the job site, the estimate, and in answering questions. I learned that he leads a team of three craftsmen who live in the Bitterroot. They are fully licensed and insured. Just what we wanted. On top of that, he was willing to work with me on the bid, suggesting options that saved on our spend. Mervin and the guys spent a few weeks at our home. We got to know them well. They started early each day, using equipment that felt very cutting edge in terms of quality and safety. Our roof line is somewhat complicated, but they executed their job with precision. They were always respectful of my family, stopping what they were doing, without complaint, if we had questions. At the end of each day they thoroughly cleaned the job site, including using a large magnet on wheels to minimize the possibility that a screw or piece of steel had escaped the eye in our yard. Beiler Roofing removed our old roof, replaced 6 skylights with custom work, installed new metal roofing, and installed snow breaks. Everything looks beautiful. We couldn't be happier. I think if they don't want to talk to customers or even acknowledge us with any greeting, they should find another job.
