Cleaned windows look great, and make the whole house look brighter, as always. On top of which, when Spectrum did this year's cleaning, they had a bit of a challenge. My next-door neighbor had treated his cedar fence (with I think linseed oil), and some of the over-spray hit my windows. He did a thorough job clearing the gutters and cleaning up after himself and ensured we were happy with the results. The owners and staff at Spectrum are a 5++ in our book. They make booking, rescheduling and paying a breeze. The only reason we gave a 4-star rating is a couple of our things were out of place when we returned home. Just our table a foot off location and a couple items left off the windows. When I asked the owner, he assured me they leave things off the window so you know they cleaned it... I can get on board with that! And they didn't want to scuff the floor moving our heavy table as only one team member was there at the end of the shift. I can also get on board with that. For three years I avoided dealing with the grime and paint overspray on the windows of our 7th floor Wilma condo, thinking that cleaning them would be prohibitively expensive and would involve Spiderman on the outside of the building. You can't even tell there are windows there! They polished three windows that I thought we would have to replace because of the house stain overspray and etching. They look like new windows now.
