I happened to visit this magical place today for a child's birthday party. My visit today had a…read moreprofound impact on my life, and that's not an exaggeration. I have been in a bit of a funk for the past several days due to an upsetting issue that I have been dealing with. I have been struggling to get my own energetic vibration back up to a comfortable place and maintain it there. As such, I have been walking around feeling like a character from an antidepressant commercial with a dark, rainy cloud hanging over my head. Every now and then, the rain would stop for a while, but the cloud persisted. Until today. I experienced true bliss every moment that I spent at Farmer Jen's farm today. I pet the most docile llamas with the beautifully soulful eyes. I painted with an adorable, super chill bearded dragon named Sunshine relaxing on the table. I pet beautiful corn snakes, helped children tie knots for a craft, made my own craft (which involved painting chickens on rocks while surrounded by the unusually friendly chickens), and watched my kids joyfully paint and play. It was almost as though we stepped into a movie, complete with background music from a perfectly curated playlist. One of the partygoers was crying about their artwork not turning out the way they wanted, and Farmer Jen jumped in and beautifully helped them (and literally turned their frown upside down with her compassionate words and actions). My blues seem to have vanished after visiting this idyllic farm and spending time with these strangely mellow creatures. It struck me that Farmer Jen never once expressed concern over kids interacting with her animals. She is super mellow and happy, and her calm and content energy seems to permeate her entire property and all of the creatures there. I'm so grateful for today's experience, and can't wait to go back there again someday.

We've been coming to this art class 3x now and intend to continue coming for the kid's art class on…read moreWednesday. My daughter truly enjoys the class and intends to turn her room into an art studio. Tami, the owner, is a wonderful art teacher and truly great with kids. She also provides snacks and drinks for them as well. I'm looking forward to trying one of their craft classes. The studio itself is clean and inviting. We just love this place!

Hosted my daughter's 9th birthday party at the studio with Tami. I'm so thankful I did!…read more My daughter and her friends had a great time painting, eating pizza and cupcakes. Tami made the painting of the unicorn easy that every girl enjoyed the event and they were proud of their artwork. I highly recommend planning your next party with Tami. She made the party planning stress feel, and my daughter loved picking out what her friends would paint. The space of the studio was perfect and so cute with twinkle-lights and artwork all over. This place is such a gem for Gilroy! My daughter looks forward to going again to paint just for fun on one of studio's themed painting afternoons.

It made it so much easier than just trying to wing it. He gives simple instructions and just about anyone can do it. Great to sit & just paint with my friends and forget about the real world for a few hours. Hopefully we can get our boss to let us do a team building day here.

She has provided him a safe forum where he combines his natural talent with her instruction and he creates true pieces of art. Our family participates in Project Cornerstone and two themes from PC are alive in my son's relationship with Lynda--she allows him to hone his *SPARK* & Lynda has become one of my boy's "caring adults." Lessons/Skills: Lynda teaches the elements of art (traditional) along with stimulating her students' personal creativity (exploration.) Because she can meld these two dtyles, her students end up loving art, both the creation of and the final product. When I first started and spoke with a counselors and explained I wanted to teach he laughed and said there is no money in that. I'll never forget it! I spent 5 years getting my AA I left which 80 units and luckily my four year university took all of them and applied it to my bachelors degree. I wish I had more guidance during the process and literally learned as I went I was excited to take all these classes but I somewhat fell off the path and went class crazy. The instructors were great, my only advice would be choose a counselor that supports you.

But the second I changed my order to tenders and fries, his entire mood flipped and suddenly he could do his job. I have never seen anyone actually get a burger or anything else from him besides tenders and fries, or sometimes burritos during breakfast. Literally everyone else on campus is just eating sushi, Chinese food, or Mexican food from the other vendors because dealing with him is such a joke. Then this morning, my friend ordered a breakfast burrito from the same guy and got the exact same lazy, dismissive vibe even though the school literally advertises ALL DAY breakfast and lunch. Even when I just walk by the grill to grab a snack, he just stands there giving me an unwelcoming glare. It honestly feels like he's just trying to force everyone to use the online ordering website so he doesn't have to deal with people face to face. But the website tacks on so many extra service fees, card taxes, and customization charges that it's not even worth it. Plus, he doesn't even tell anyone they are supposed to use the website, so how the hell are we supposed to know how to order if he doesn't say anything and just refuses service at the register? If you want us to use the site, just say that professionally instead of flat out refusing to serve students. At this point, I'm completely done trying to get food from him. I'm just going to stick to the campus sushi or go hit up the taco vendor instead. The food at the grill is fine, but dealing with that gatekeeping attitude just to get a standard lunch isn't worth the headache. I have even stood in line and watched him flat out refuse to make a tuna melt for the guy in front of me, talking to him incredibly rudely for absolutely no reason. It just proves that he is actively shutting down the hot grill menu because he doesn't want to do the work.

The framing center at the Gilroy Michael's is ridiculous. I went there at 7:00 pm on a Wednesday…read moreevening. No one from the framing center was there so the manager instructed me to return on Thursday between 12:00pm - 5:00pm. I showed up as told on Thursday around 2:00pm and when I asked a floor staff member to please call someone to the framing center, they checked with the manager who then replied that they did not have any staff from the framing center scheduled to work today. I told them I would not return and that they had competitors and that is where my business would go. Ridiculous.
