Mrs. Denia helped me with the bleeding but Carlos the store manager has been very rude to me when I call to inquire about the report. when I called their corporate office to inquire about the email Carlos said he sent I was informed that no email was sent to corporate office about my injury. So Carlos lied about submitting the email to corporate office he hasn't apologized for the pallet being in the floor and he speaks to me like he really doesn't care that I have spent hundreds of dollars in that store and I was hurt because of their negligence. Need some holiday decor--they have plenty! If you need anything for someone who has been incapacitate or needs additional nursing care, you're likely to find it here. What you WON'T FIND is clothing!!!!! So if you're looking for that, keep on driving and go to their sister-store in Burlington (Hospice League Clothing Store).
