The first time the technician (Steve) came out, he wasn't able to do anything due to my building's roof drain being clogged and the roof was basically flooded. He sent me a video so I was able to send it to our maintenance people and have them come fix that issue. After the roof was no longer a swimming pool, Steve came back out a week later and presumably did everything that was needed -- all seems to be working well, and he answered a couple of my questions and gave me an estimate for an ambient kit in case I want to run the unit when it's below 60 degrees outside (my condo gets really hot and retains heat).
